Sorry you feel this way. We continue to improve and update our products periodically, especially with performance in mind for Xbox builds. However owing to the complexity of this large airport in particular, and its vicinity to a dense populated area as well as the hardware limitations of Xbox, it is possible you will run into scenarios where you're pushing the boundaries of what it can handle (particularly when it comes to RAM) and thereby experience performance or instability issues. While we do our best to mitigate these as far as practicable, it is impossible to completely negate this whilst also offering the visual fidelity that customers have come to expect of us. Nonetheless, as on Xbox the purchases are made via in-game Marketplace, you will need to contact Microsoft/Asobo support regarding refunds. Thanks!

Hi @javierjcl1 This is likely due to an incompatible livery. Please remove any installed A320neo liveries from your community folder and only load into the plane with the default white/airbus livery to verify. Thanks!

Hi @LeeH When you launch the iniManager, click on your name on the top left corner to access the settings. Then ensure the Sim Path for the Community folder is correctly defined (if not, then click the 3 dots and select the Community folder). Press 'Scan Now' and it should go through the folder and update the status of the installed products. Thanks!

Hi @RustAshtroth I'm afraid I haven't seen any reports of such issues so far. Have you ruled out some kind of addon conflict? To test you could try to run the a300 with an empty community folder to see if the issue persists. You can do this easily by renaming your existing community folder (e.g. rename it to '_Community'). Then on next launch MSFS will create a new empty community folder. Test if you are still facing such issues on start up, and afterwards you can close the sim. Delete the empty 'Community' folder and rename your old one back. This allows you to test quickly without having to reinstall/move your add-ons. Thanks!

Hi @specialsk , Apologies for late reply. Are you using some kind of ad blocker or VPN? That may trigger additional Captchas in some cases. Perhaps try in incognito/private browsing modes on your browser to see if you get better results. Thanks!

Hi, are you still facing this issue as of SU 15 public release? We have not been able to successfully reproduce crash-on-load on either A310 or A300 reliably internally or through our beta testers till date so I'd recommend the following: What can you do? Troubleshooting such as : Do a flight without any other addons, or third party A310 liveries in your community folder, to see if there are other addon conflicts. (Simply rename existing 'Community' folder temporarily e.g. '_Community', sim will create a new empty one on next launch. After done testing, delete new Community folder and rename the old one back to 'Community') Delete the contents of your "work" folder after a fresh re-install to ensure no corrupted data Steam: %APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\microsoft-aircraft-a310-300 MS Store: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\Packages\microsoft-aircraft-a310-300 Make these flights in default "White" or "Inibuilds House" liveries to eliminate any "bad" livery files causing conflict And when you do encounter the issue, report with: Screenshots/Videos of the failed systems or anomalies you notice Write-up of the things you did just prior to the crash (e.g. what you clicked, what you interacted with, what control inputs you gave etc) Route information & navdata used (E.g. Navigraph data - KLAX/24R LADYJ4 CSTRO DCT DUCKE DCT LMT DCT MOXEE TMBRS2 KPDX/28L ) Any extra things you noticed just before to the crash (e.g. momentary sim-freeze, abrupt winds change, sudden weather update etc.) All this allows us to try and recreate your flight to see if we face the same issues or find common conditions across reports to try and nail the issue. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Please note the A310 is no longer on sale for new customers on XP11, and will not be receiving XP12 compatibility. As mentioned in the post:

It was previously only available to users who were enlisted in the SU15 beta, however it should be available to all now as of 20th May 2024 when SU15 was publicly released. Thanks!

Did you type in the Frequency in /XXX.XX format? Or were you trying to use the ILS identifier (e.g. IBSW)? However yes if you do encounter an issue, please do report back with a screenshot as well as the data entry tried. Thanks!

Hi @trmartinez1990 The store shows the latest version we have, and its compatibility. If it is not listed as such on the iniBuilds store, its because the version on our store is only compatiblewith XP11. In case there was an update that added XP12 compatibility, it is up to the developer (Boundless in this case) to send us/any third party store the latest files. However we have not received any as yet. Best to check with Boundless directly first. Thanks!
