Just wanted to say what an amazing job you guys did with PHNL. I’ve worked here on the ramp since 2005 and the detail is simply amazing. I think I even saw my car at the employee parking lot 😄. Now if you could only make the outside of our office look real too 🤔 😄🤙🏼

Hi, I purchased KLAX and PHNL today. I have a fairly fast internet connection but after 2 hours KLAX was still not done. I don't see a progress bar either. There's a blue line at the top right that goes back and forth inside the box with the arrow pointing down. At the very bottom right it says Downloading and just above that is a blue box that says Installing but it did that for over 2 hours. This doesn't seem right. Any ideas? I'm new to this. Thanks
