Hi @Scott Wongsanguan Thanks for sharing the video! Hmm, we're not able to reproduce this issue on our end. Please try to clear the contents of the folder below, it will re-compile these files next time you launch the A320Neo v2. Also ensure you do not have any AI Assists enabled (Options > Assistance Options > Piloting) that may cause conflicts. Steam Edition: MS Store Version: Thanks!

Hi @Scott Wongsanguan I have tried your steps multiple times and unable to reproduce the issue on our end. Attached below the recording of one of the attempts: Please ensure there is no conflict with other addons. If you are on PC you can do this by closing the sim, and renaming your Community folder to "_Community" temporarily. Launch the sim, test and see if the chocks are working properly. After you are done testing, close the sim and delete the newly created empty Community folder, and rename the "_Community" folder back to Community. This will restore all your installed addons without having to reinstall them. If they chocks are working fine with an empty Community folder, then there is likely a conflict. To avoid this update your installed addons and do some further testing to find out which one may be causing an issue for you. Thanks! 2024-07-19 04-58-04(1).mp4

Hi @giorgi Work is on going on both simultaneously, however as the A320Neo v2 is a Microsoft product, it is largely up to them to showcase or share any information about that aircraft. Thanks!

Hi @Bald kelp Sorry, there are no known bugs/issues with the brakes. It is common that the brakes will heat up after you use them. The less you use them, the less they will heat up. If you have enough runway available, you can tap your brakes to disengage them at about ~90 knots, and use manual braking as necessary to stop after. After landing (or when you get the HOT BRAKES alert) turn on the BRK FAN by clicking this button here: This will help to cool down your brakes after they have reached thermal equilibrium (or peak temperature). Thanks!

On the EFB you'll see an option for the On-Screen Keyboard. Enable that and enter your your Simbrief Pilot ID using that within the EFB. Do not use the Xbox Overlay keyboard as it doesn't actually register the input, even though its seen on screen. Thanks!
-
Hi @RosstheBoss Sometimes Xbox version of MSFS fails to initialize the proper connection required to download the necessary files from Simbrief servers. If you are facing this issue, please restart the sim as that will force it to re-initialize. You could also try to delete and add your Simbrief Pilot ID in the EFB and MCDU again. Thanks!

XBOX-Nav Mode not working: Dashed Line on ND, not following it.

Hi @RosstheBoss Please refer to this post here and ensure you have filled in the required data on the INIT B page prior to engine start: Thanks! -
Hi @hairagon We, at iniBuilds have not made any Liverpool (EGGP) scenery. The one sold on our store is made by Digital Design, so I'm afraid you're going to have to contact them directly for support via their Facebook here, or at this email address: evgenybaturin@gmail.com. All the best. Thanks!

Hi @Peter S Yes its possible that the freeze is happening due to missing data in your OFP. Please ensure you are using the official profile listed here: Also ensure you are dispatching your flight with the following settings in Simbrief: - OFP Layout and Units you can choose as you prefer - Ensure Detailed Navlog is enabled That is fine, as when you select AUTO, after you dispatch simbrief should assign you a cost index automatically. Thanks!

Hi, if you are getting that, click on your name on the top left of iniManager to access the settings. Then 'Sign Out' from there and sign-in again. After you've logged back in, on the same settings page you can ensure the library locations for your sim are correct, and hit 'Scan Now' to restore the status of your purchases to the iniManager. The reason this happens is because of session time-outs or security handshakes not completing (there are a whole host of reasons for which it can happen). If you're having issues purchasing via the iniManager app, then please instead make the purchase through the web store and simply use iniManager to install your purchases. The team is aware and have been making changes to address this, as well as a general overhaul of the iniManager to avoid such issues in the future. Apologies for inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience in the meanwhile. Thanks!

Awesome. Glad to hear. Nope we did not do anything I'm afraid. Just the wonders of cloud computing haha!

As suggested above. Check the Content Manager in your sim to confirm you have only iniBuilds KJFK installed, and delete the "default" Handcrafted Asobo KJFK. After doing so, close your sim and also clear your scenery index. Instructions here: Thanks!

Hi @Awemeter Services like FlightAware will typically show you the Gate Numbers used inside the terminal (by Passengers) as opposed to the Stand Numbers assigned on the ramp for operational use (by ATC/ Ground Crew/ Pilots etc). At some airports both of these will be the same, but for airpots like OMAA, this is not the case. Gate Numbers you can typically find by searching for a 'Terminal Map'. Stand Numbers you can typically find listed on the official Aerodrome Ground charts (e.g. in Navigraph or via the AIP). These are the numbers that GSX Profiles / Scenery uses. Thanks!
-
Hi @Peter S Have you added the correct Simbrief ID (Numbers only, not username) to the EFB Options page and the MCDU ATSU page? If in case it is not correct or does not match, sometimes it may cause the MCDU to freeze. Please try to erase and re-enter them again. Thanks!

A320neo V2 Systems stop responding after activating SEC F-PLN
richboy2307 replied to crowdall3's topic in Systems
Can you share the full route with Runway, SID, Airways and Wpts, STAR, Approach and Arrival Runway. (e.g. LFPG/27L OPAL5D OPALE UT421 KUNAV Y8 BANVA BANV1L EGSS/22) Thanks! -
Hi! Does it not appear at all, or only disappears from a particular angle? The Xbox Cloud Gaming version of MSFS should just be using the standard Xbox version of the scenery. Will share with the team to see if there is anything we can do about it. Thanks!
-
Magnetic Variation. If the sim doesn't update its MAGVAR data over a long enough time period (not sure what data MSFS2020 is using), then discrepancies can occur.
-
That is expected. Make sure you disengage the autobrakes appropriately, and use the BRAKE FAN to help cool down. The values are currently tuned per real-world reference data used. What are you using as brakes? Is it an axis or a button? Please share a screenshot of the binding in the Control Options. You need to tap the brakes to disengage AUTO BRKs after landing, and then you should be able to continue taxi as normal. Thanks!

Hi @Alan Fernandes unfortunately that is not possible on Xbox as yet unless using G1000 NXi, G3000, and G5000 units *(which the A300 naturally does not have). See below quote from Navigraph's website: Moving maps on the Charts app external to the Xbox is currently available in third-party addons that use the Navigraph Avionics plugin. However if and when it is technically possible, we will gladly look into supporting that. Thanks!

Hi @Seth2413 Not as yet, however as mentioned above, it is on the internal wish list for whenever the team is working on an update for this scenery next. Thanks!
-
Hi @Seth2413 The team is working on a user-definable library solution for the iniManager, which will be incorporated into a future major revision for it. I'm afraid I cannot provide any ETAs for this, but rest assured that the team is aware and working on this. There is also work being done with regards to update notification, and a major overhaul of the way updates work in general. Thanks for your patience and we hope the new solution, when available, will be able to meet your needs.
