  2. Hello iniBuilds team, I am experiencing a serious and recurring systems issue with the iniBuilds A380 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. During cruise, without any warning or apparent abnormal indication beforehand, the aircraft suddenly reports: ENG ALL ENGINES FAILURE LAND ASAP The aircraft still has sufficient fuel when this occurs, so there does not appear to be a legitimate fuel exhaustion reason for the LAND ASAP warning. The most concerning part is what happens after the failure occurs. After the ENG ALL ENGINES FAILURE / LAND ASAP event, when checking the ECAM and TCAS systems, the entire System 2 appears to be in a FAULT state. The IRS NAV 2 system also becomes…

  3. This is not a bug or issue report it is more of an observation and a suggestion for improvement: First of all I like that we now finally get an Aircraft from Ini that has a dynamic failure setting and we don't have to pick ourselves what fails when like we have to on the A350 (hopefully this will carry over to V2?) However the likelíhood of something going wrong is hugely exaggerated. I assume this was done to prevent support tickets from people complaining that despite them setting everything to dynmaic, nothing ever happens. After all in reality failures, especially bigger ones like engine failures, are very, very rare and a simmer who does fly only a fraction of the …

Hi. Ive just purchased the A380 from marketplace and downloaded/installed locally. Not sure if I need to enable any settings regarding wing flex as it does not seem to work after a short test flight. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Nick

  5. Hey everyone, I'm pulling my hair out trying to troubleshoot a persistent bug in MSFS 2024 and wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this or has found a workaround. I'm running into an issue where the aileron axis registers completely zero input in the sim's control diagnostic window, meaning physical roll inputs are totally ignored. Meanwhile, the elevator (Y-axis) works fine, Windows device tests confirm my hardware is tracking 100% cleanly, and complex add-ons from other developers like Fenix and PMDG work absolutely flawlessly. Here is what makes this so strange: I initially tested with my WinWing Ursa Minor 32 Joystick L and hit this wall. Thinking it was a Wi…

Not sure if it's a gsx issue or a inibuilds issue but I have never got the parking guidance at gates like I get in the fenix. Anything that I am missing?

The OIS shows TOW as 420T, the ECAM shows it as 415T and final loadsheet shows it as 389T, while Simbrief shows as 414T. The difference between loadsheet and the ECAM is the ZFW. The TO performance is also vastly different between Simbrief and the OIS. I know that the Flex temps are different but for the higher TO weight in the OIS how can the speed be lower. In fact if weights were the same the speeds should be the same even if Flex was different. Edit: got another final load sheet while about to take off. That was accurate.

  8. When I take off in MCT/Flex the thrust percentage is often 70-75% but when I put it in Climb detent it increases to 95-97 percent. Is this normal? And if it's OK for the engines to run at 97 percent for long periods, why derate so much for take off which is crucial? The TO perf is from the OIS, the laptop on the left of the captains PFD in the Inibuilds A380. Also seems to take a LOT of runway for takeoff.

  9. Ive tried a few autolands now and i see the same behaviour each time, also saw same behaviour on a ini A380 youtube video too video too linked here at 2:40:40. The nose suddenly pitches up at the start of the flare instead of a smooth pitch up. Im not sure of thats realistic and true to the RW A380 or not but i wouldnt have thought so based on other autoland videos ive seen of many other airliners

There is literally a taxi cam mod. Please remove INOP stickers or even better, integrate his mod into your plane so it’s more seamless and accurate. 😂

  12. Hello all, having random failures is great, however at the moment the probability is way too high. During a 14 hours JFK-ICN flights, with the random failures ON for all ATAs and all system, I had no less than 4 failures. There is no way this is realistic with most MTBF being around 5.000-20.000hrs. Can this be adjusted ?

  13. this was all set up correctly at take off but now in cruise all greyed out and giving incorrect extra fuel figures. Ive seen these fuel entry fields go blank and grey out a few times now. I understand the taxi fuel blanking out because the aircraft has taken off but rte reserve amount shouldn't surely?

Did a go around at KSFO and the flight plan page immediately showed 85nm to the airport, and when I finally landed it still showed about 50 odd miles.

I have set my default panel state to cold and dark in EFB, but when I spawn on a runway, the aircraft still spawns with engines running.

  16. I've been investigating quite a lot of scenarios after installing the 1.0.1. I made sure I delete the ThrottleData.ini file, and tested in non-VR as well. While in non-VR - everything works OK. In VR (Pimax crystal light) - after a minute or so, any movement of the throttle through binding to a hardware (tested with multiple hardware units) causes an immediate CTD. To test I created an empty Honeycomb profile and only did a bind to throttle 1 axis. Works OK out of VR but once I switch to VR and I touch the throttle - I get CTD. 100% of the times. The A380 worked great for me prior to 1.0.1. Just to add - I crossed-checked with other aircrafts and the throttle binding in…

  17. Hi There Inibuild. Gotta say this aircraft looks amazing; However as most new releases my flight did not go to well. GSX APP on EFB - Continuously defaulted to blank screen with press me to menu icon that when you pressed it nothing happened. Had to restart GSX several times during flight. Charts: Aircraft icon and flight path were nowhere near each other. Steering: without any input in my steering during takeoff the aircraft was swaying left and right along the runway. Most of the flight was perfect other than the charts issue above, however ILS Approach - On approach I had everything set for a glideslope capture for 16R into YSSY and the correct frequency was showing …

Ive not had any luck getting this function to work, no amount of attemts seems to make any difference to the RTA speed indicator which remains empty and the fPLAN is unaffected, nether can the entry be deleted

Dear Inibuilds team, I did my 1st flight with the marvelous A380 yesterday. Just a quick pattern fully manual. I was quite astonished by the strong adverse yaw on the roll axis and I wonder if it is normal behavior for such an high tech Fly by wire aircraft whose computers should be working hard to compensate this effect with the rudder. Maybe I am wrong but I feel like the effect is too strong as it is quite difficult to make precise heading adjustments due to that. I suppose that the airplane behavior has been validated by real pilots. I would be glad to have opinions about that part of the flight model. Best regards, Pierre

  20. In MSFS 2024, the A380 EFB allows me to disable RAAS and Pause at TOD. Both settings appear to change correctly, but after restarting the simulator they are effectively ignored/re-enabled. RAAS continues making runway announcements despite being set to OFF in the EFB, and the aircraft continues to automatically pause at TOD despite Pause at TOD being set to OFF in the EFB. This occurs with both settings and appears to be a settings persistence issue. MSFS24 Store version 1.8.14.0 Inibuilds A380 version 1.0.1 Please help! Kind regards,

Good Morning Had a good look around the aircraft and took it for a short hop from EGKK. So far, buttery smooth graphics even in 4k, which is odd, because the A350 and A340 are not that smooth. So far, quite happy. But.... The rudder is acting very strange. On the roll out, I could barely keep it on the centre line. It was over reacting to the slightest input. I eventually got it airborne, but this is where is got real strange. The aircraft, in manual and autopilot, was pivoting left and right with the rudder. I couldn't stop it. I didn't have my feet anywhere near the rudder pedals, but it kept going left and right. Autopilot would then disconnect, as you would expect, …

  23. Two things I have noticed on the A380 step climbs. There appears to be a bug with the step climb MCDU page. The drop down menu is rendered behind the second waypoint text field, which I imagine is incorrect. You can't select the second waypoint on the list. Image of this attached below. My route through China (which uses metres not feet for altitude, and as such wanted FL361 not FL360) had FL340 --> FL361 --> FL360 (exiting Chinese airspace) --> FL380 --> FL400. The descent (which I know isn't modelled) has led to the other two subsequent step climbs of FL380 and FL400 being completely removed. Many flights across Asia have this on Simbrief flight plans. Woul…

If you put the ILS26R and ELMOX1D arrival in the FMC doesn't calculate correctly, photo attached.
