In that case can you please clear your rolling cache and delete your *.dat files located here:
Steam: C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\SceneryIndexes
MS Store: C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes

Mh, with a setup like this you really shouldnt be having any issues. I'm running on worse hardware with better settings and i don't stutter into RWY20

Mh 😕 I don't wanna tell you to just not start Afterburner when flying in or around KSAT, but honestly that's the best I have to offer for the minute. I forwarded this to our scenery team, but they also don't know what is happening. We will continue investigating though!

Here are some screenshots from the Mokulele area.
I'm afraid however, that there aren't any spawnpoints on those spots, so AIG won't be able to put traffic there. I'll put it down on our list to add in a future version 🙂
