Sorry for the late response. I believe in the real IDC unit the METAR/ATIS never makes it into the display and rather gets printed directly. So there is no functionality to go to the "second page" of the message.

I think the easiest way to achieve this (and probably how pilots do it in the real world) is to fly the descent manually with V/S or LVL/CH and a set speed.

It may be LOD related, though this is already a longshot; do the extra objects eventually disappear when you are near them long enough?

The file on the CDN is correct. When I download the scenery I get the correct file/size. It's a weird one, we are investigating though π

Yeah, for whatever reason the update didn't pull the correct layout.json file. It is supposed to be 431KB in size.
Could you - or maybe did you already - try to uninstall and reinstall the scenery to see if it pulls the correct file?

Mh.. please navigate to these areas (depending on where you bought MSFS) and delete all the .dat files in the folder.

You would find it in the Content Manager, but there is no default DTW scenery in the sim.

As you know, whether it's the stock AI or GSX, the baggage train and loaders need to access the starboard (right) side of the aircraft to reach the cargo doors. It definitely hurts the immersion experience. Plus, you sometimes end up with 6 or more loaders at a small parking space once you add in the AI loaders that are operational. Would love to see a lot of the clutter on the right side of KLAX parking spaces removed so as to create a clear path to load/unload cargo. Stairs on the port side are not so much of an issue, as you will default to the jetways when available and rear stairs would only normally be used by cleaning crews. I would also thing a bit less junk to render would be a plus on the performance side for those of us who can't afford multi thousand-dollar computers.Β
It's a beautiful model of KLAX though. The model by FeelThere isn't bad (and less clutter). But I prefer the IniBuilds KLAX, especially the cargo area which has been overlooked in the other versions. Cleaning this up some would make it perfect.Heya!
As I said on your other post about the same topic..
If you purchased KLAX in our ecosystem, you can disable all of the ground clutter / GSE with the iniManager.
And just as a note so you don't do more work than needed, there are already profiles for KLAX to be found on flightsim.to

The first issue sounds like a wrong trim setting on takeoff. Personally I never experienced what you described.
I'd have to look at 2 and 3..
4th one is by design so that the plane is compatible with Microsofts AI Pilot.
