I have already unplugged my AIRBUS TCA and Airbus joystick, unfortunately without success.

Sounds like the EFB is ecpecting you to type something, like ICAO for weather request. But without screenshot it's hard to judge.

You should be able to switch between guns and normal cargo in the EFB. There should be an option for "Military" and "Civillian"
Also, for future reference, you can just transfer your order from the MSStore to our store; for free.

There in fact was a small outage around the time you opened the thread, we are sorry for the temporary inconveniences with the iniManager. For the moment it should work again though.
One of our third party suppliers is having some issues and we are working to resolve this as swiftly as possible with them.
Please be patient with us and we should be back to normal operations as soon as possible 🙂
