If the Manager stops opening at "half r" it is server side and nothing you do will fix it.

It's a bit weird, I use GSX myself and never experienced anything like this with it, but it isn't the first report we got like this.
Can you confirm the chocks are set to "OFF" in the EFB? Or maybe some hardware binding to parking brake?
