Yeah, that doesnt sound right. Are you running a VPN by chance? If so, please turn that off for the duration of the download.
Also, next time, a screenshot might be better than trying to explain the screen 😄

Could you please press CTRL + I when the iniManager is open, switch to the Console tab, then try the download again and screenshot any error messages you see?

Once you download it is automatically in the folder you selected in the options menu.

No, this isn't the right place. Even though we sell the software on our store, support will only be through Macco 🙂
There should be a support button in the iniManager when you click on the scenery.

Yep, some GSX profiles are on the forum Trevster linked; however for the recent airports we released, there will be a folder in the download 🙂

We looked into this before when it was initially reported for KLAX, however we never found out why it happens. However with PHNL the shape of the white background is very distinctive, so we might be able to find out what is causing it.
This probably is going to need a fix from LNM though; we will contact them if we find out the cause 🙂

What would be interesting to me.. Does the sim CTD with default KSAT scenery installed?

Sorry in advance if this sounds blunt, but the flight model was greenlit by the Antonov pilots who actually flew the plane. From memory the only item they mentioned was that the rudder was slightly too effective. There most likely won't be any changes to it, unless Microsoft wants us to change it, which I doubt as it was greenlit by the actual pilots.

The final position on the matter - it’s not the best sound pack, lessons have been learned and future aircraft are significantly better. We are trying to please a wide range of people, and those who want things sounding a certain way vs the real aircraft, taking into account MS guidelines on sound limits.

Could you please try to delete the iniManager folders located at c:\users\USER\appdata\local and c:\users\USER\appdata\roaming, then reinstall?

Mh 😕 I don't wanna tell you to just not start Afterburner when flying in or around KSAT, but honestly that's the best I have to offer for the minute. I forwarded this to our scenery team, but they also don't know what is happening. We will continue investigating though!
