Hello Carlos. The iniManager only support purchases made on the iniBuilds Store. EGLL can be updated directly through the MSFS Marketplace when an update is pushed, or you can transfer your purchase using our Order Transfer service: inib.uk/order-transfer

Hello Ben, Please ensure you’re running the iniManager as admin and have disabled any sort of VPN or anti-virus while installing. Also, what is your internet speed?
