Hello Ben, Please ensure you’re running the iniManager as admin and have disabled any sort of VPN or anti-virus while installing. Also, what is your internet speed?

Thanks for your feedback. We feel the choices made are in line with what we intended to achieve. If we wish to change our way of approaching promotions of products, this will be taken into account. Also, Delta do often fly 767-400s to LHR and British Airways was featured for over a minute in the video. Many thanks!

Hello @Jehudale, Thanks for your report. You should only have to update the A300 once through the iniManager, which should bring you straight from 2.02 to 2.07. Just to make sure I understood correctly, after clicking update, the download completed, but it still showed update available within the iniManager, is that correct? Did the version number circled in the image below change at all after updating the first or second time?

Hello @frasi238, Thanks for the update. That's quite odd as there is no real way for the iniManager to install v2.06 as v2.07 is the latest version, the v2.06 files are not available on our servers to download anymore. If you go to \X-Plane 11\Aircraft\iniSimulations\Documentation, what is the version number at the top of the A300 manual? Would you also be able to record a video of you trying to update the A300 and send that via the direct message I just sent you? This will help our developers diagnose this further. Thank you!

Hello @Mr.Enska, If you remove the compatibility file, do the jetways still show? Unfortunately this specific scenery can be difficult when it comes to removing the jetways as they're placed in multiple files.

Hello @Manfred_hy11. Would you be able to attach a picture of your GSX customization menu? You can view this menu by loading into the scenery at the stand that should have jetway. After that, open the GSX menu by pressing "Control + F12". Once that menu opens up, look for the very bottom option that mentions a customization menu and click it. This will open a white box, please send us a screenshot of this box.
