Hello, I have an issue with EFB, no matter where i click on efb it doesn't react. I've reinstalled it and updated this addon and still nothing. EFB is just frozen. only current time shows up. Buttons are responding and i can use everything except EFB. Anyone has the same issue? Best regards.

I've downloaded the terrain map via the INI manager, and put it in a community folder name "A220 terrain" I clicked the EXE and it runs for a split second and then nothing. It does not work in game. Hello, I tried searching the forms, but how do you get the aircraft to apply reverse thrust. I do not have a fancy throttle. I just have the Saitek X52. I understand the FADEC ignores under 55 knots, but this is on every landing that I test it. Thank you for any guidance

Hi, I’m experiencing strange nosewheel steering behaviour with the Synaptic A220 in MSFS 2024. During rollout, I was applying only a small rudder input for directional correction, but the nosewheel suddenly deflected to a very large angle that was completely disproportionate to my rudder input. I was not commanding a large tiller input at the time. Synaptic’s A220 steering guidance says the rudder pedals are intended for gentle corrections and straight taxiing, while large steering angles are commanded through the tiller, so this behaviour appears abnormal. Hi, I’m experiencing an issue where the Synaptic A220 does not capture the ILS localizer. I had the correct ILS frequency and course tuned, was established on an intercept heading in HDG, and had APPR armed. The aircraft approached and then crossed through the localizer without capturing it. The FMA remained in HDG and never transitioned to LOC guidance. I also did not capture the glideslope afterwards. I am mystified by the message spoiler mismatch (in blue) which appears at seamingly random point in each flight. When it does, the spoilers stop responding (except for roll control and after landing) when the spoiler handle is actionned. Any suggestion on how to address this issue? Thanks Paul

For some reason, my inputs are not registering. Pedal Disc works fine, but the steering itself doesn't respond. Nose Steer is set to "off" (amber light goes out, no green light that shows "ON" or anything).

Since the 1.0.3 update was released, I’ve been having this issue with the aircraft. It doesn’t matter whether I start from cold and dark or ready for takeoff—the aircraft immediately reports these system failures. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it (which fixed the pink textures issue), but I still can’t figure out why the batteries are overheating, the hydraulic systems are failing, and the engines are losing so much power that it’s basically impossible to fly the aircraft.

Hello. Is there a proper way to update this aircraft? I spent 1 hour going through the loops with Microsoft MP, it was showing update available, so I updated. Then it says click to install. I installed. Then it says Update Available again. It was an endless loop. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the aircraft. Any guidance would be helpful!

Since I bought this plane I still haven't been able to finalise a flight, this is incredible! I spent more than €70 practically unnecessarily. Let me explain, every time I start the descent and the approach the plane starts to jerk, until the simulator and the pc are completely blocked. I have a very powerful setting, with an RTX4090! I flew the A220 fine when it first released, recently whenever I go above 68% N1 the autothrottle disconnects and can only be re-engaged after going back low that figure.

On Xbox,each time I press B on my controller (either after manipulating a switch or decreasing throttle) all the DU flicker for 1 sec with a stutter. It's very weird. I attached a video. I’ve just bought a gift card for the inibuilds store and realised the a220 isn’t on there. pls can I get a refund, bit of a shame it’s all been promoted through inibuilds yet not even sold on the website, yes it’s my fault for assuming but surely it should be on the inimanger!

Hello, I am trying to get my voice out there about this problem that really bugs me. Something I love on the Fenix A320 family aircraft is going through some rough air/storms and watching the plane fight its way through it, watching and feeling the wingtips of those aircraft violently jar around as we travel through rough weather. I absolutely love this A220 as it opens up a whole new network of routes to try on an amazing aircraft, but unfortunately, it becomes very stale with the wingtips just gliding so slowly and predictably through rough air, there is no sense of chaos the wingtips are very solid and move slowly and unrealistically. There seems to be an issue with the A220 not being read by FSUPIC/APL. You can see the aircraft moving but it appears the engine status doesn't transmit to APL properly, so you never leave pre-flight even if you're in the air.

Trying to turn on strobes and landong lights using keybinds to my hardware. Works on the other planes I fly but not in the A220. Is there some a special setup?

So for some reason the a220 is not responding to my pitch inputs? All the other aircraft are completely fin with my control preset but when I try out the a220 is suddenly decides to not listen, only found this out during takeoff and ending up going straight into a tree since I couldn't pitch up.

I'm not sure if I'm doing things wrong but first. I'm trying to fly into LSZH. The FMS won't display the ILS app for none of the runways. Then when I try manually try to add the ILS waypoints into the flight plan. The FMS keeps failing on me. Making me have to restart the flight. I've downloaded the gsx profile for the plane but it won't load no fuel to the plane when requested, no passengers too are loaded. Am I doing something wrong here or is this plane broken?

Have flown the A220 on four flights now, and on three of them, long after takeoff and cleanup, I get the MSFS system malfunction pops up on the screen. On this last flight it happened later in the cruise portion, and my ACARS system for my airline doesn't pick up on the flaps being used at all. On Descent, the slats will deploy but the flaps will not. After landing, the visual of the aircraft shows the flaps fully deployed on the exterior model, but inside the flight deck, it shows fully retracted. Hardware is all Virpil and no issues show up in the synoptic pages. Any help would be appreciated as it's causing me some issues on landing.

I see a lot of posts here but no one seems to be reading them. Is this forum being monitored by the team/is INI passing these issues on to them?
