Periodic Stutter on A350 and A340 linked to MCDU Flightplan after init
Jamir, thank you for taking this matter to heart. Yes it is on the SU6 Beta. I will report if Asobo should make major updates and things change / improve! Have a nice evening and looking forward to my next A340 flights.

Periodic Stutter on A350 and A340 linked to MCDU Flightplan after init
Hello ini Team and fellow Sim Pilots, I have had time to experiment with my sim over the last days. Decided to join the SU6 Beta as the performance of the SU5.1 was just not enjoyable anymore. SU6 performs better but I stumbled upon a rather interesting issue which might be worth looking into. And yes I know we all have different systems and there is no fix for all. But I cannot imagine to be the only one with this issue. So here it goes. The A340 and A350 both show a similar spike in latency. If you sit at the gate and the startup the A/C everything performs well (usually mainthread at 16ms at OTHH by ini, very impressive) but as soon as a flight plan has been loaded in the MCDU and IRS Init is completed, massive spikes in latency can be observed every 3-4 seconds (usually maxing out the latency) leading to stutter. These spikes are visible in and outside the A/C during taxi, panning or walking the cabin. This means there is a clear handshake happening on regular intervals that causes this issue. I have tried the following fixes Graphic Settings Lowered and tweaked in all possible directions, talking Gsync on+off Vsync FPS cap and no Cap adjusting Monitor hz rates TLOD LLOD up and down Glass Cockpit refresh rates etc / Change of Airport (was able to reproduce at payware and non payware airports) / Changed from Navigraph to default NavData (as suggested in forum) / WASM deleted and rebuild rolling cache deleted and rebuild / A340+A350 completely uninstalled including deleting all folders and traces and cashes / reinstalled same issue appears. Tested with and without GSX / Beyond ATC / Volanta / WingCtrl apps My PC - MSI x870p / AMD 7950x3d / MSI Vanguard 5090 / 64 Gb Ram / fibreglass Internet 500mbps (stable) I will ground the ini Fleet for now hoping for a fix. I know you are probably tired of hearing this but the Fenix series seems to be unaffected by this issue. Really hope to be flying your planes again soon, that a340 is a monster!!! kind regards
