It's definitely a tricky one but we still continue to work to investigate, isolate, and eliminate WASM related issues wherever possible and a lot of it in part is thanks to the users that take the time to upload logs and fill out the WASM Crash Thread Log properly. While I don't have much more to contribute right now as far as new leads and such; I can say that we've noticed a positive trend of users having less WASM crashes as we've received and continue to receive user reports that we are able to reproduce and diagnose. Thank you all for your continued patience and understanding.

Hello, It's something to do as a workaround as the average user doesn't need 20-30 airports loaded in typically when flying to maybe 2-5 airports in a session, let alone hundreds at the same time on the opposite side of the planet. That being said we are still investigating the issue hence why it wasn't listed in the changelog. Thank you

Hi, The aircraft isn't INOP, it can be inconvenient to users to have to click more centrally or maneuver the camera around in excess in order to click a certain button; however this doesn't prohibit the user in flying the aircraft in anyway. Even in the current SU5 environment I still find myself flying in A300 regularly while having the same clickspots as everyone else. We understand the frustration caused, and thankfully Asobo were able to rectify the issue in SU6 returning functionality to clickspots as intended but the plane was never in a position to where one couldn't fly it. Feedback here has been noted for the team, rest assured you guys aren't backburnered but the process for fixes and verification on Xbox can be a bit trickier and time consuming. Hi, if you haven't already tried clearing the WASM folder, uninstalling and then reinstalling the aircraft. You can do so following the steps below. Additionally verify that your liveries are up to date and any mods are up to date as well or removed if outdated. Got it, even with liveries removed, correct? Do me a favor and run the empty community folder with aircraft and no livery if you haven't already at GVAC (small airport on island with little around it). Usually when issues like this occur it's due to some sort of conflict with loading or the livery at hand.

Hello, Future updates are planned for both A350 and A340 with the former to receive the prior announced A350v2 at a later date and time. Resources are finite but project demands are not so it's always a game of resource management but rest assured the aircraft are going to receive more updates. Thank you :)

Hi, A thread was made awhile back regarding A350 liveries on Xbox/Marketplace as many users were hoping to see more operators and special liveries included in the sim on Xbox. This list has been forwarded to the team and consists of many of the liveries listed above however there is no ETA as to when this package makes it into the Marketplace and what will be included. The cabin isn't available in the 2020 Version due to performance

It's something that is known to the team however with all the photogrammetry and terrain to compete with it's possible it might not make it in even if the tracks are there. Thank you for understanding.
