Yes, other users have reported this issue in other aircraft however you I believe are the first to indicate that this happened due to entering the winds for descent in the climb, thank you for that additional information 🙂

Hi, Transferring the product won't make a difference however sometimes this occurs for me and I just have to logout and log back into Navigraph. Let me know if this helps. Thanks 🙂

Hi, Unfortunately even with improvements made to FS2024 over the past year, we're not likely to bring a cabin to A350 as the performance of the Xbox with A350 and a Cabin is too substantial a load to bare for the Xbox. A340 as you mentioned has a cabin and also has way less in terms of complexities (not to say it's modeled simpler than the A350, just a lot more going on under the hood for 350 as compared to 340 which is 22 years older than the A350 and as such is less technologically advanced). Hi, For 2020 you will have to go into your work folder via %appdata% and then Microsoft Flight Simulator, once in there go to Packages, Official, Store and enter the aircraft folder for A400 and then delete the ThrottleCalibration.ini file Let me know if this helps.

Hello, How long was the loading taking, initially the A350 can take about 5-10 minutes (seen on my system) to fully initialize following first time installs/reinstalls, and updates, was this a first time launch or repeat? Additionally, It is possible that the aircraft is not being detected in the IniManager itself. When you install the aircraft, do you use addon-linker or any other 3rd Party Link Programs? You can attempt to clear the IniManager Cache: To clear the iniManager cache, close the application and delete the contents of the local and roaming AppData folders: %localappdata%\iniManager and %appdata%\iniManager. You can also clear aircraft-specific WASM caches by navigating to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2024\ and clearing related folders. The Hardware Export functions is for any of the Airbus 3rd Party Peripherals. Below is an example as I don't actually own many peripherals outside of my radio panel and HOTAS 🙂

Next time you are in sim check and see if this setting has enabled itself via: Settings > Advanced Settings > Enable Dev Mode This setting routinely enables itself and proceeds to mess up my lighting, let me know if this helps.

I'll ask about this, as I was able to go up the GSX stairs however I haven't tried with our built in stairs since the update.

There shouldn't be any I just finished a 15 hour flight in A340 with Navigraph Data, Auto-Step Climbs, Auto-Imported Step Climbs and while I haven't had the freeze you detailed happen to me recently, it has happened once to me since release. We have seemingly squashed the WASM where one changes there STAR/RWY as we've been unable to reproduce it internally during wide-range testing recently. It just goes to show how difficult it can be to navigate and squash WASM issues as they arise, but we haven't forgotten nor given up.
