I'm in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I've reinstalled Inimanager several times, and the problem persists. Due to the location, I must be using a different server; everything else is working perfectly. My internet is fiber optic with 700 MB. Do you have a solution? Has Inibuilds contacted you yet?

Dear Sirs, I purchased several addons from inibuilds, including A350. I had to reformat my machine and uninstalled my A350s from FS2020 and 2024. After restoring my entire machine, to my surprise, I can't access my Inimanager, and the few times I managed to, it didn't install in either 2020 or 2024. When I tried to install, it freezes with the message "in queue" and then won't start. I'm currently unable to use any addons purchased from inibuilds, A350, or several scenarios.
