  1. As far as I have found out, it's not a Arm button, but a Disarm button" You only activate it if You don't want it to operate automatic
  2. There is an "ARM" button and Light on top of the Lever, not visible when put forward. Not sure if it should be armed before take off and/or Landing.
  3. Before flight You could plan a segment that goes VOR1-VOR1 with DME info. Then select a DME distance from VOR2, f.ex. 20 nm before reaching VOR2 and write down the position. During flight, once passing that point (VOR2 / DME÷20nm), press HOLD and enter the position You wrote down. Using the VOR position and then update when overflying it, will be less accurate, since there will be a vertical cone where the signal disappears. Otherwise the more accurate way would be to have 2 DME stations tuned, preferable to either side of Your route. Then when pressing HOLD, write down the DME distances from both, use a map, like Litte Navmap to draw a circle around the DME's with the measured distances as radius and then get the position where they intersect. Just be aware that You need to know where You are relative to these DME's since there will be tow possible positions.
  4. Attached here is a custom mad GSX profile. It fixes the various Door positions, Refueling, Lavatory, and GPU points. It also uses the "Custom refuel system" - meaning that on loading the L-1011, set fuel to a low values, like 10% in the PFB, then call the Fuel truck. When the Fuel truck arrives and ask You to set Fuel qty, enter the required qty in the PFB. gsx.cfg

  5. Sounds simple, but what if You want to hand fly a SID ? Where should WPT1 be ? How about TOC and TOD - do You want none, one or bothe inserted as a WPT ? Opening up Your OFP in Navicharts You can use the new hnad drawing tool to write the numbers for each required WPT.
  6. It seems the Clickspot for setting GW on the Fuel gauge has been swapped betaeen Lb and Kg. @09tir98 If You say that with units set to Lb it sets the GW in Kg, the I can tell taht with units set to Kg it sets GW to Lb.
  7. 12-13 GB is also too much for people with 12GB cards. I even use AutoFPS to tweak my TLOD and OLOD during flight. I have no problems with other Addon Aicraft, like PMDG, FSLabs; Toliss, TFDi or the 3 Inibuild Airbusses (A300, A340 and A350) So please if You use 8K textures, make a Lite version with 4K.
  8. You need to enter the Time first in the upper row, then the rest.
  9. Thank You for the great L-1011 Tristar 👍 I just made a flight from EKCH to EGSS, which went quite good, considering this was my first flight. It looks complex, but in the end it's not that hard to manage single handedly. Three points... 1. VRAM consumption is quite high, giving me the MSFS2024 GPU warning. I don´t have issues with other addons (PMDG, Fenix, FSLabs, Inibuilds: A350, A340, etc..) 2. It would be nice if the setting for the Gross Weight in the Fuels Gauge (Engineer panel GW / Fuel Wt) would run much quicker, or would be set when transferring the Take Off data from the PFB to the Aircraft, like the Take Off speeds. 3. The Pressurisation Gauges on the Engineer station seems inop.
  10. Yes it's in the WinWing SimApp. From the startup screen (Device Tab) select the MCDU, then on the right side You will find: - Switch to MCDU 32 - Captain - Switch to MCDU 32 - Observer - Switch to MCDU 32 - Co-Pilot Select "Switch to MCDU 32 - Co-Pilot"
  11. I read somewhere that this is a visual issue only. Everything is Ok despite the message.
  12. With A340 1.0.4 and GSX 3.7.2 Importing Simbrief flightplan on the EFB and then load the Simbrief loadouts (Fuel, Passengers and cargo) loading with GSX does nothing. Loading doesn´t start, so I need to do si directly via GSX.
  13. In the SimApp select Co-Pilot MCDU for now until WW fixe's this .
  14. Using Sayintentions for CPDLC and PDC.. I enter my departure airport ICAO and set METAR <Y> -> SEND But no Weather message appears under RCVD MSG
  15. I don't think that "INIT REQUEST" for importing the Flightplan from Simbrief should fill out "COST INDEX" and "CRZ ALT" fields. On the A320 these are to be entered by the Pilot's.
  16. I guess once You get new AIRAC in the Navigraph Hub for Your other Aircraft, You can update the A340 via the EFB too.
  17. I think in one of A330 Drivers YT Videos is told that the EFB calculated Flex temp seeme lower that what he would have expected, thus giving the engines more power. That seems to be in line with what iniSteven tell in the post above.
  18. For MSFS2024 it´s part of the Standard MSFS2024 version and above. No need to buy or install it - it should be in Your Aircraft selection.
  19. Thats not what is meant by Beta Range. Beta Range is the prop pitch range below Flight idle and into reverse. What seems to be missing is the range from where reverse starts and Flight idle starts. Thats also the point where You can have zero thrust.
  20. When clicking "Select SD Textures" nothing happens. The Scenery_Config.json still looks like this: "texture_options": [ { "name": "HD Textures", "description": "HD Texture Pack", "default": true, "files_base": "Scenery\\airport-egll-heathrow", "folder_off": "egll-modellib\\texture.HD", "folder_on": "egll-modellib\\texture" }, { "name": "SD Textures", "description": "SD Texture Pack", "default": false, "files_base": "Scenery\\airport-egll-heathrow", "folder_off": "egll-modellib\\texture.SD", "folder_on": "egll-modellib\\texture" } ],
  21. Also it isn´t possible to operate the rear Cargo door panel, since You cannot get outside.
  22. Had the same for a flight from EKBI-EDDP. No waypoints for Airway Z94
