Hi guys, The A220 ships with AIRAC 2503. Can you please confirm that your SimBrief is also using AIRAC 2503? At this point, my only remaining suggestion would be to perform a complete uninstall and reinstall of the add-on, as I'm hopeful that will resolve the issue. If the problem persists, I'll document it with the team for further investigation. So far, we haven't encountered this issue internally, and none of us have been able to reproduce it on our end. Hi Matt, If you're willing to do a bit of troubleshooting with me, could you please try the following steps? Ensure Microsoft Flight Simulator is completely closed. Rename your current Community folder to Community1. Launch the simulator again. This will automatically create a new Community folder. Close the simulator once the new folder has been created. Copy the inibuilds-airport-vhhh-pois folder into the newly created Community folder. Launch the simulator again and check whether the add-on is now enabled. This will help determine whether another add-on or your existing Community folder is causing the issue. Thanks!

Hi, Sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with the Synaptic A220 Terrain Radar. As a workaround, I recommend manually downloading the required files from here. Once the download is complete, extract or place the folder somewhere convenient, such as your desktop. Please note that this folder does not need to be placed inside your Community folder. From my own experience, the windows console opens automatically when launching the simulator. However, I've occasionally found that I need to close it and manually restart the server after the aircraft has finished loading. Hopefully this helps resolve the issue.
