  5. Hello, did you verify that you had the Simbrief ID Entered in the 3rd Party Settings Tab of the EFB as seen below? Don't mind the version and Navdata, it's an image from the FAQ
  6. It's gone for me as well upon signing out than back in, interesting.
  7. Sorry I should've clarified, I meant the Venice Beach and Hopper Heliport issue you described.
  8. Yes, albeit the issue regarding the POIs is not being seen on our end so I don't have answers for that one at this time
  9. Hello, Microsoft ultimately sets the scope of the project. As the aircraft is a Microsoft Aircraft all actionable requests will have to go through their forums. Thank you https://forums.flightsimulator.com/
  10. Hello, Microsoft ultimately sets the scope of the project; additionally the issues that you are describing were not encountered in internal testing. As the aircraft is a Microsoft Aircraft all actionable requests will have to go through their forums. Thank you. https://forums.flightsimulator.com/
  11. Hi, I'll pass this along to the team, and praise accepted 😄
  12. The scope of the aircraft was set by Microsoft as it is their aircraft, any request for additional features or liveries have to be made on their forums as well. Thank you https://forums.flightsimulator.com/
  13. I'll ask the team about this again, this isn't a highly complained about thing from what I've seen. I'll let you know what I can when I do 🙂
  14. I'll pass this a long to the team, thanks 🙂
  15. Known issue with the map provider at this time.
  16. Hi this is a known issue that has been logged, thank you.
  17. Does the livery you have selected match the language, I am pretty sure this is as designed, where if the user has a Lufthansa livery per say then the aircraft is locked to a German Cabin language.
  18. Hi, as this is a request for a Microsoft Aircraft, we build it and they set the scope for the project. A request like that would have to go through their forums here: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/ Thank you
  19. Your patience will soon be rewarded 😉

Yeah the issue appears to be random, I personally have speculations that users have downloaded either many different model packs or some other thing for ground traffic that it corrupted; only thing is that doesn't account for the Xbox users who don't have to option to proliferate their community folder with addons and forget to update them for months if not years.

In your controls you should be able to zoom in and out, once you do this as well as move the camera into the position you would like, press LCtrl + F10 and this should set the new default camera for the aircraft
  24. Hi, following up on this, we do not release paint kits for Microsoft Aircraft.
