  1. I noticed that the Overtemp pointers in the N2 gauges are pointing above the N2 limit red line. If this were to happen in real life, maintenance would’ve reset the pointers.
  2. I noticed that the over temperature pointer on the EGT gauges does not point to the red line as it should normally.
  3. I noticed the red line limit on the N1 gauges are missing.
  4. Yeah, I noticed this too. The ADF needles do not work. Tried over multiple NDBs.

  7. Would it be possible to have the power switch on the HF radios functional? The HF radios themselves don't need to work yet, but the switches are stuck in the OFF position while the screens are on whenever power is applied to the buses. I think one should be able to simply turn the switch to OFF and have the screens go blank, or turn the switch to one of the other two positions and the screens will come back on.
  8. The brightness of the FCU display windows should be dimmable with the glareshield dimming rheostat. As of now, they are not dimmable. As an aside, does anyone on the technical team know if this rheostat also controls the brightness of the TRP display windows? I can not find anything on this in the various FCOMs/Mx manuals.
  9. The TCAS test modeled is the extended TCAS test used by maintenance. The normal TCAS test used by pilots is missing. Please see the attached photo for reference.
  10. I think this would be a neat addition to come with the paid EPIC mod expansion. This would make AAL ops much more realistic. I attached a photo of an AAL 757/767 mechanical checklist for close-up modeling/texturing reference, and then the AAL A300 FCOM reference for A300 specific mechanical checklist items. For the operation of it, I will attach this video I found of one in the 737. It works the same way.
  11. For which airport/airports? I had this at EWR on v1.01 under certain wind conditions.
  12. The RMI heading bug is now included in v1.02, however it is moving to bearings rather than headings. It is also operative in cold/dark with power removed from the aircraft. Unpowered, the bug is slaved to the 6 o’clock position and does not move. Since it is slaved to the FCU heading window, I’m not sure if it is also slaved with the pitch control/yd switches off but it would make sense that it was. This would be a question for your tech team to verify.
  13. The paragraph below seems to suggest that constraints below the FCU altitude are deleted. At least that’s how I read it, but it is a bit confusing.
  14. Did you enter in a route yet before it froze? What route?
  15. On the RMI, the Selected Heading Index is INOP. It is modeled, but it is always at the 12 o’clock position. It should move with the HDG select knob on the FCU panel (except when unpowered).

    TRP - Auto mode

Auto mode on the TRP doesn’t switch to CL thrust in in a cruise step climb - It stays in CR.

    Mach PreSelect

When climbing in LVL CHG mode w/ a Mach pre-select, Mach mode fails to engage at the speed/mach crossover altitude. I am following the following procedures:
  18. The DME indicators on the RMI darken when in the normal pilot position. They are noticeably brighter when the camera is moved right next to them. They are extremely hard to read when in the normal pilot position as a result.
  19. Would add a nice bit of realism to have (on the Passenger variant) a flight attendant voice say something to the effect of “Captain, the cabin is secure.” Since the EFB recognizes Simbrief departure time, it could be triggered via that. However, the departure time on the EFB would need to be tuned to pushback time and not wheels up time. Honestly, it should be pushback time anyways as this is what matters in most operations. I think these little things would add so much to the experience. Really makes you feel like you’re preparing a large ship for a long journey. For example, it could work as follows: *5min prior to Simbrief pushback time* *cockpit door open* *on the ground* *engines off* as the trigger 1.) Flight attendant audio plays “Captain, the cabin is secure” 2.) Cockpit door closes
  20. I’ll wait for for Agent_Wurst to respond, but the one thing I would add while waiting for his response is to check the battery amperages when the bars are visible. If the batteries are charging, there should be an amperage indication. I was using the meter gauges to check and it appeared to be 0. Admittedly, I didn’t check the ECAM DC page. I’m away at work now, but will check once I get home.
  21. When power is removed from the aircraft (C/D), there are various flags missing on the instruments. Example #1 - The little ‘VIB’ vibration flag on the standby altimeter Example #2 - The counting indicator on the clocks should have a red ‘OFF’ flag when power is removed. Example #3 - The RMIs are missing the center HDG flag when power is removed. Also, the two little VOR flags on the left and right could be a little more prominent than they are now. There is also a little orange heading bug which does appear to be modeled in the inI A300. However, this little orange heading bug should move to the 6 o’clock position when power is removed. Finally, the DME counters should have an orange/white hatched flag over them when power is removed. Example #4 - The flags on the ADF RMIs could be a little bit more prominent. They are barely visible now, but they do appear to be modeled. Example #5 - I believe the Standby artificial horizon should have some sort of flag, but I cannot find specific reference material to the type of standby horizon you have modeled. For this one, you may want to check your reference material to see if this one has a flag when powered off. Cheers, Rob
  22. Thanks Nico! He flies these in real life.
  23. When climbing, the Speed PreSet (250 in my last case) has stayed illuminated after selecting Profile mode. It only extinguished when nearly reaching my cruise altitude. From what I read in the manual, I believe the PreSet speed should cancel when entering Profile mode?
