I and others are getting constants disconnects. Aircraft will stop following LNAV/SPEED/LEVEL randomly. Happens nearly every flight!

Greetings, I've encountered an issue where the chocks and GPU cannot be removed. This occurs typically if GSX has been activated. I click chocks and although the yellow message states they have been removed, they are still there. The same occurs with the GPU. The only way to resolve is to restart the sim.

Hello, unfortunatelly even after few updates, performace-wise it is still very poor for me comparing other add-on aircrafts in MSFS2024.... Tearing, low fps, stutters... I cannot reasonably fly that. Anybody having the same trouble or it is just me and some issue with my installation ? Many thanks JM

The new A350 aircraft for MSFS 2020 is great. However, I noticed an offset for all ground vehicles on the A359 variant. This includes the catering truck, the jetway/stairs, the ground power, and the baggage truck. I am using your product without GSX. Thank you for fixing this issue in a future release. The position of the ground vehicles is correct for the longer A35K variant. So I assume that you forgot to adapt the positions for the shorter A359 model. Furthermore, the heading of the catering truck is wrong. It needs to be rotated by 180 degrees for both models, the A359 and A35K. You can see the bugs described in the screenshot below.

Hello, The Logitech radio(s) I have do not work with the A350 (works with A300). The numbers are frozen meaning they do not change when rotating the frequency dials on the radio panel and obviously do not change on the radios in the cockpit. I don't believe it's a sim issue as all other aircraft work fine with the radio panel including the iniBuilds A300. Is anyone experiencing this issue? If so, were you able to fix it? And how? I can't imagine flying online with heavy traffic and ATC while trying to fumble with the in-cockpit radio dials. Hoping someone has a fix or there's a patch very soon.

Is it a 350 issue or some weird sim limitation? Was flying EKCH-PANC and near 86N040W the sim just freaked out. it said on the PFD that "AP INOP" plane started turning here and there and the frames were less than 1 fps

On every long-haul flight, the simulator eventually crashes after a few hours of flight time. Hi, I am a MSFS2020 user and do not own MSFS2024, nor intend to for the time being. When I first purchased the A350, the aircraft loaded into the game and I flew it ok. I then updated it when the updates started dropping out and ever since that point very first update, not once I have been able to load the aircraft for a flight without a Crash to Desktop before 'ready to fly' is even reached. To say I'm deeply unhappy about this is an understatement. I have uninstalled completely and reinstalled. Still happens. Still hasnt been addressed. And why would you close the previous post about this when hasnt been addressed. This is a long haul airplane that most of us would be using with some sort of ATC like Beyond ATC or Say Intentions in auto tune but appears the auto tune continues to only work when it feels like it. Every other plane can do this including default, why not the A350.

Just updated to the latest A350 version and performance is through the floor on 2020.It used to be better than the PMDG 777, but it's 10x worse. I'm now getting 14FPS at EGLL when I used to get 25-30.What's gone so horribly wrong?

Hi there. How can I update the ARPT MAP in the A350? The RJFF is updated to two RWYS by the developer, but it still uses the old ARPT, which is one RWY in the A350 even though I updated the latest date in OIS.

I'm having serious issues with update 1.8 never happened with previous versions, is it possible to roll back the version as i never had issues with CTD also the optimisation is very poor with very low FPS, CTD makes this plane unusable at present which is a big shame, please can you help

Hi i got a question. I just got the ini a350 but have some issues with the throttles, i use the T16000m stick with the slider on it - ive calibrated the throttles and yet when i move the slider slightly forward to gain (for example) 25% power, it immediately jumps to about 50% or even to the toga position. Anyone that can help me through this? much appreciated

According to the picture, A350 on MSFS2020, is these valves supposed to be opened during whole flight even at FL410? I have both MSFS2020 &2024. The 2024 A350 seems normal (closed during cruise), but on MSFS2020 is weird.

I use P2ATC for ATC. It features options like *Copilot Auto Tunes Radio" and "Copilot Auto-Responds". This works on all my airplanes, but does not autotune the A350 radio. Only after tuning the radio manually the copilot does respond. Especially during a long-haul flight you don't want to sit in front of your PC for hours and hours in order not to loose radio contact! Unless I miss something It looks like A350 radio inhibits interaction with some 3rd party software. Maybe there is a workaround, or else there could be an option introduced in the flight tablet menues?

Like many users I have been trying to get the A350 to work. Last night I tried my first flight with the new v1.0.7 update and I still can not control the aircraft once it is in the air. I have most of the other addon aircraft; i.e PMDG and Fenix and have been using various sims for the past 15 years. I say this because I do attempt to read the forms and see if others have similar problems and attempt to use their fixes. My control problem has gradually changed with each update but it is basically that the aircraft tries to correct its roll, pitch and yaw and any input I try to add only makes the the problem worse and the aircraft eventually is un flyable. When i spawn in MFS2020 i dont see plane and if i select in menu hangar and will select A350 i see this and i waited for it and in sim when i start flight there is same thing

Hi, The LVAR INI_LIGHTS_BEACON_SWITCH is constantly changing and although is is a boolean LVAR the value is constantly being changed. The value rapidly changes from the name of the aircraft loaded. in this case "AIRBUS A350-1000", and "STATE_PUSHBACK_BEGIN". Screenshot of the data monitor of the LVAR. Everytime i load a flight plan in to the A350 either the 900 or 1k i get an error DEST EFOB. Im guessing that means i have too little fuel on board. But if its taking if from the FP where am i going wrong?

My attention was taken away right at landing and I did not pull the throttles back to idle until a couple seconds after touchdown. The "Retard" command did not stop even after getting to the gate and completely shutting down. Retard.mp4

For a cold and dark state this might be realistic, but not with GPU or APU power (which will usually be at a gate or stand). Certainly not realistic for Ready for Takeoff. Please update the panel states so engine covers are only on for cold and dark. Kev

Anyone able to help or have an idea why I can’t get the latest update for the a350 on msfs 2020. It will only install the 1.0.1 version. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it half a dozen times and it hasn’t updated to 1.0.4?. And I still don’t have any liveries except for the base model in the white and unbuilds paint scheme. Any help would be greatly appreciated or is this a flight sim issue?
