There is a growing iniBuilds A300-600 community which uses dedicated Hardware like FCU/FMS/EFIS/... to control this wonderful aircraft. At the moment it is possible to control nearly everything by the IniBuilds LVARs using software like spad.next (most popular software in this area). Hello, I'm sure this is a known issue, but when using a separate tiller axis the rudder pedals should still be able to turn the nose wheel 6 degrees (I believe it's 6 degrees). This currently works with the A310 and was working on release?... Please fix... crosswind landings are nearly impossible without it and I've had to use rudder pedals on the tiller axis.

It would be nice to be able to load in a MSFS in game created flightplan without having to type them in longhand. As the aircraft is designed for use in MSFS it would pretty cool to load them in directly instead of having to use 1 or 2 different 3rd party softwares just to go flying. I want to be able to go flying without logging into Simbrief etc. just to have a quickie.

For some reason I can’t get my plane to turn using my rudder pedals. This is the only plane on MSFS I have this issue with. I have checked all the bindings and there is literally nothing preventing it from being free. The front tire moves back and forth but for some reason the plane will only “slide” straight ahead. I have the Thrustmaster TPR Pedals. Is anyone else having this issue. I have videos of it. But can’t attach them here do to file size. Super frusterating after just buying this plane and having limited time to fly it do to time constraints. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jake Bowling

Hi Inibuilds, I'm really enjoying the aircraft! I've seen some videos where there is a red indicator that becomes visible when the spoiler handle is lifted to the "armed" position. Is this something you can add to help verify the spoilers are armed? Thanks! video for reference:

I was doing a turnaround, but when I loaded the next flight from Simbrief all fields were left blank. I loaded the new flight in the EFB, that was all fine, requested teh flight via ACARS and all the fields on the INIT page were left blank. If I put BIKF/BGSF in the top right, it'd bring up the whole route, asking if I wanted to insert it. If I pressed "insert" it'd bring me back to the INIT page with all fields left blank.

Impressive series of updates on the A300, ironing out some of the most annoying bugs. Good job, guys! Please consider making the tablets (EFBs) independent. The mirrored solution looks pretty lame and kinda cheap. Also, please consider slowing down the cargo door animations - too fast, too unrealistic. Thank you for your attention!

Hey all, Regarding the Cold & Dark panel state, I have the following questions/remarks: 1/ Shouldn't the Passenger Oxygen P/B be on "OFF" by default ? 2/ Shouldn't the display dimmers be set at "zero" by default ? (SOP for CRT displays in order to improve their life expectancy)

HI there, now being able to move the charts in the EFB 'with your finger' (mouse), you could get rid of the little arrows to move the chart (saves some space). 🙂

The checklists should be able to be moved up and down by clicking and then dragging on them, instead of having to rely solely on the scrollbar.

-After 4 flights with the passenger version, for my first with the freighter I realized that the maintenance effects are not airframe specific (had worn tires, required engine oil servicing). I think they should be. -15 minutes to service an engine with a few quarts of oil is a bit too much, of course you can click "finish now" but as long as it works, better make it more realistic, 5 minutes are ok. 🙂 keep up the good work!

Right now, the EFB just gives you the raw readout of METARS instead of translating them into plain English, like on the FBW A320 EFB. Similar deal with the terms on the Load & Balance page - it's a bunch of upper-case acronyms that - at least for those not well-versed in aviation terminology - can be difficult to decipher. A more readable option for things like this would be much appreciated.

Hi Inibuilds, I discovered that apu shut down in incorrect way. How it is now: N1 and temp just drop. How is in real: When You change the possition of the apu switch to off, system logic simulate overheat ,so you can see on the screen that temp is rising quickly to max possition and after reach upper position apu is shuting down. Could we have please icing effects on the windshield wipers? This is the most easy and realistic way to detect icing.

I have tried to load the airplane several times today and each time it keeps crashing before I can even see it in game. I have 16 gb of ram and frame generation mod installed. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Hello, One peculiar thing I've seen with this sim are the parameters are all matched on the ECAM ENG, BLEED and WHEEL pages. This is highly unrealistic. No 2 engines are the same and will have varying Oil Press, Oil Temps, Oil Qty, Bleed press, Vibes and Fuel pressure. All left and right parameters on the BLEED page are exactly the same. The brake temps are all the same on their respective gear but should all be slightly different. In cruise, they are still showing above 0C. Generally the brake temps will vary by as much as 50C after landing and if landing in a crosswind could be as much as 100C difference between the left and right MLG. Just suggesting to add s…

Hello, The slats extend and retract speeds are painfully slow. The current speed would be about right if using the green electric hydraulic pump and blue PTU to move them. With the engine hydraulic pumps providing significantly higher flow they are much faster. IRL, the slats will extend from 0 to the Slats 15 position in about 5 seconds and to the Slats 30 position from Slats 15 in about 4 seconds. Regards, John (A300/A310 mechanic)
