August 21Aug 21 The speed brake deploys but the lever doesn’t move when landing it stays in the armed position (xbox) I can send a video if required . Not sound related but would be great if you could fix it ..
August 21Aug 21 It'd be great if speed brake rattling that is extremely audible (this is in the a340 as well) is removed. I find it extremely annoying and no other aircraft has it, nor do I think it is realistic.
August 22Aug 22 The sound of each detent on the A350 throttle valve sounds a bit dull. I don't know if it's the same in reality, but the sound of the detent on the A340 sounds really great. Can you modify the sound effects for the A350?

August 22Aug 22 Another thing as I have mentioned many times (check my post history) is if the RA callouts/GPWS can be made more accurateCurrently it seems to be "insert aircraft name here gpws callouts" off of Youtube in terms of the RA callouts, which those videos are mostly inaccurateYes, the a350's ra callouts do come through the pilot's headset, however the tonality is different in cockpit videos when hooked up to the Audio panel, you can hear that in videos shared by Qatar Airways as they do that all the time.If it was possible, when using headphone simulation it should come through the headphones and when that is off it should use the loudspeakers, I doubt it's possible but if the tonality could be sorted that would be nice.

Currently I’m moving the lever all the way down then back up again so they go back into position on both wings .. In all the other airbuses the levers move down . Edited August 22Aug 22 by Jimbojumbo

In all the other airbuses the levers move down .You retract the speedbrakes by disarming (push down) the speedbrake lever and that is it. No moving it all the way back and up. In all other airbuses this behaviour is the same, excluding the A300 and the a310 probs, by move down not sure if you mean like boeing but you got that wrong.

I’ve just landed and moved it from armed position and they retracted on the wings . I’m used to flying LVFR airbuses and the lever does move all the way down and have to move it all the way back up . Just goes to show the quality In inibuilds… it’s time to say goodbye to LVFR planes .

Here are the main areas regarding the sound environment that currently affect immersion on the A350:1. Cockpit Audio Mixing & Avionics/Packs NoiseCurrent behavior: The cockpit environment feels overly muted and "muffled" since recent updates, yet the avionics, fans, and pack noises completely drown out the engine audio. High frequencies are harsh, while low frequencies are almost non-existent inside the flight deck.Expected behavior: A much more dynamic acoustic balance. While the A350 flight deck is well-insulated in real life, the deep low-end rumble and bass of the Trent XWB engines should still be felt and heard, especially during spool-up and high-thrust conditions (TOGA / Flex).2. Trent XWB Engine Dynamics & Spool SoundCurrent behavior: Engine sounds feel flat and lack punch during acceleration. The signature buzzsaw effect at high N1 settings lacks depth, and the transition/spooling between idle and climb thrust feels synthetic with noticeable volume steps.Expected behavior: Richer, deeper bass and a gradual, natural progression of the engine note during spool-up. The soundscape needs to accurately reflect the sheer power of the Trent XWB engines, similar to high-standard airliner soundpacks (like modern A220 audio implementations).3. Sound Spatialization & Environmental EffectsCurrent behavior: Structural and aerodynamic sounds (e.g., speedbrakes deployment, gear extension) feel detached from the cockpit environment, while overall cockpit acoustics lack 3D depth.Expected behavior: Better leverage of MSFS 2024's native 3D spatialization engine to provide natural sound isolation, realistic cockpit resonance, and smoother acoustics when moving between the flight deck and cabin.4. Cabin Flap Extension & Retraction WhineCurrent behavior: The flap deployment and retraction audio from the wing/cabin view feels overly muted, flat, and lacks the iconic high-pitched electric actuator/PCU whine. It fails to capture the distinct mechanical resonance heard inside the cabin near the wing roots.Expected behavior: A much clearer, prominent high-pitched electric motor whine (signature PCU "siren" effect) during flap operations, as seen in real-life cabin recordings:5. Engine Spinner 3D Animation & Visual MotionCurrent behavior: The rotation of the engine spinner appears rigid and slightly choppy during spool-up and high N1, lacking the natural motion blur and fluid transition of the real Trent XWB assembly.Expected behavior: A much smoother, realistic rotational animation and blurring effect for the spinner cone as the engine accelerates from idle to high thrust settings.Here is some video that I find useful for you :Appreciate the hard work on bringing the A350 to native MSFS 2024 standards! August 23Aug 23 I definitely agree with the previously mentioned speedbrake rattling/buffeting sound. I understand that deploying the speedbrakes creates disturbed airflow over the wing and causes aerodynamic loads and vibrations throughout the airframe. However, I am not sure how much of this would actually be audible in the real A350 flight deck. In the current version, the rattling effect seems extremely pronounced and gives me the impression that the entire flight deck is being shaken. If possible, it would be great if this could be compared against recordings or feedback from A350 pilots.Another area I would love to see revisited is the sound of the cockpit pushbuttons and KCCU keys. I recorded examples of the EFIS control panel pushbuttons, ECAM control panel pushbuttons and KCCU keyboard. They do have different sound effects depending on the panel, but to my ears they all sound somewhat artificial and overly “plasticky”. It is difficult to describe precisely, but they don't quite convey the mechanical feel I would expect from actual flight deck controls. More authentic recordings and/or some additional mechanical depth to these sounds would greatly improve the tactile impression of operating the cockpit.There is also an airflow/fan-like sound during initial electrical power-up that I noticed. After switching on the batteries and the first systems begin to come alive, this sound appears almost instantaneously at full volume. I assume this represents an avionics ventilation fan or another airflow-related system, although I am not certain. If that is indeed what the sound represents, I would expect the fan/airflow noise to build up more gradually as the fan spools up and airflow is established, rather than appearing immediately at its final level. A short fade/spool-up transition could make this part of the power-up sequence feel considerably more natural.Finally, I would really appreciate another look at the engine start sound sequence and its synchronization with the simulated engine parameters. I made recordings of a cold engine start both with and without the OIS active-noise-cancelling headset option enabled.What particularly stands out to me is the timing of the characteristic low-frequency rumble/spool-up sound following light-off. Fuel flow and EGT already indicate that combustion has begun, but the prominent engine-start rumble only becomes audible roughly 12-15 seconds later, at which point fuel flow is already around 900 kg/h in my recording. To my ears, this makes the sound sequence feel disconnected from what the engine indications are showing.I would expect the audible transition associated with light-off and the subsequent acceleration towards idle to correlate more closely with fuel introduction, EGT rise and the actual engine spool-up. The individual sound itself may be fine; it is mainly the timing/layering and synchronization that currently sounds unnatural to me.I have recorded short videos demonstrating all of the above and can attach them as references.PushbuttonsAvionics fan?ENG1 Start without ANCENG2 Start with ANCAnd as Harrycot already said, I, too, would like to thank you all for the hard work and the opportunity to provide feedback - I really appreciate it. August 23Aug 23 First off, I am excited to hear about V2.Now on to my wish list.I would like to see improvements in the cockpit glass. The glass on the avionics quality does not come across as sharp, they look a tad grainy and amateurish. Over all an improvement in flight deck textures over all would be a great improvement. How about a switch on the EFB that we can choose to have the cabin curtains open or closed on start up, and get rid of those engine covers, they are not realistic. I think a look at Fenix quality would be a great place to start.

1 hour ago1 hr First of all great job with this aircraft already.I’m still a fs2020 user and for me the main issue regarding the sound is that even in cruise we hear the engines quite a lot, both in the cabin and the flight deck. Whereas on the real liners (all commercial aircrafts) the engine sounds are quite high during take off and landings. But as we gain airspeed the airflow becomes the most present sound and the engines are not heard anymore. Personally I always end up reducing the engine sounds manually through the EFB during the climb. It would be great if the engine volume could be adjusted according to the airspeed.
