  1. Hi iniKyle and the team, Thanks for opening this thread and giving us the opportunity to share feedback for the V2 soundpack. Here are the main areas regarding the sound environment that currently affect immersion on the A350: 1. Cockpit Audio Mixing & Avionics/Packs Noise Current behavior: The cockpit environment feels overly muted and "muffled" since recent updates, yet the avionics, fans, and pack noises completely drown out the engine audio. High frequencies are harsh, while low frequencies are almost non-existent inside the flight deck. Expected behavior: A much more dynamic acoustic balance. While the A350 flight deck is well-insulated in real life, the deep low-end rumble and bass of the Trent XWB engines should still be felt and heard, especially during spool-up and high-thrust conditions (TOGA / Flex). 2. Trent XWB Engine Dynamics & Spool Sound Current behavior: Engine sounds feel flat and lack punch during acceleration. The signature buzzsaw effect at high N1 settings lacks depth, and the transition/spooling between idle and climb thrust feels synthetic with noticeable volume steps. Expected behavior: Richer, deeper bass and a gradual, natural progression of the engine note during spool-up. The soundscape needs to accurately reflect the sheer power of the Trent XWB engines, similar to high-standard airliner soundpacks (like modern A220 audio implementations). 3. Sound Spatialization & Environmental Effects Current behavior: Structural and aerodynamic sounds (e.g., speedbrakes deployment, gear extension) feel detached from the cockpit environment, while overall cockpit acoustics lack 3D depth. Expected behavior: Better leverage of MSFS 2024's native 3D spatialization engine to provide natural sound isolation, realistic cockpit resonance, and smoother acoustics when moving between the flight deck and cabin.
