Hello @Peter I was referring to clearing your WASM folder, reinstalling the aircraft, starting a fresh community folder etc. We can help with all these things. Some of these issues users are facing are solved easily with some fresh files, some issues are MSFS issues which we have to work around and some are our bugs that we will or have fixed. I am not asking you to be a Beta Tester, but I can send you some links if you wish which may help. Kindest H

Just to clear up one matter, when we forward onto the team, this does go straight to the development team and the decision makers via our channels of communicate. I personally report back from the community and the issues that need sorting and keep banging the drum if needed. If there is anything you need please do contact me. We do take matter very seriously and constantly trying to improve the product. Some of which are our issues and some are MSFS which we have to work with and the updates as they come along. I am sorry to hear you cannot complete a flight and I would like to know how best to help you because many user are completing flights, +19 hours etc. I assume you have done the steps for-mentioned in the community to ensure a smoother flight experience? Can you confirm you have reinstalled the liveries from the inimanager, they are not third party and you have deleted your WASM folder?

Hello, 1. Start with a fresh community folder, rename in community 2 and start the sim (you may have to point MSFS over to your custom folder location if you have made on) 2. Reinstall the aircraft 3. Delete your WASM folder. 4. Start with no other mods in the community folder

Yes, via the Beyond ATC settings. Or check your volume mixer on your PC. Its not an A350 setting.
