Thanks Eddie, opened a ticket with support.

Would like to know too please as I need to change my email address. There's nowhere in the store where you can make this change that I can find.

Activation Code not showing or copying in manager
atcogl replied to calebheath's topic in General Discussion
This has happened to me too. I purchased 3 PE Sim sceneries. In the Ini Manager my activation codes are no longer displayed. They used to be because I had the 3 products installed in MSFS2020. Now the activation box is blank. When I click to reveal its still blank, copy to clipboard still blank. Click to hide, blank, copy to clipboard blank. The activation code is nowhere to be found in my account, on the order or in the order email (this seems like a massive oversight - the code should be in at least one other place than the manager). I've opened a support ticket but the display of activation codes is not working currently in the Ini Manager (Updated to latest version as of 8th Feb) -
Hey guys, I have the 2024 A306 Premium installed, which is great but its really disappointing that there are almost no liveries for it still bar the handful that were available at release. Due to this I'm looking at installing the Compatible version, is it possible to have both installed at the same time or does it have to be one or the other? Also can you release a conversion guide or tool (I believe the existing paintkit can be used for the Premium version as well) to perhaps stimulate some interest in the community (out of 23 pages of A300 liveries on flightsim.to I can only find a single livery for the Premium version). The lack of liveries is really beginning to hold back this otherwise excellent airplane and its really unfortunate.

It was doing this for me too but I managed to fix it. Just change one of the configuration options, then change it back again. For me this stopped the update loop and Heathrow shows installed properly and all seems to be well. Got to say this has been a really poorly executed update. Love what Inibuilds does, have loads of products but the manager might be my least favourite sim apps/tools that I have to use.

Can't help with fixing anything but can confirm I have also got the same issue. After updating and removing the old inibuilds-airport-egll-london folder the Manager no longer recognises that Heathrow is installed in the new inibuilds-airport-egll-heathrow folder. It doesn't seem to recognise the new folder name. I've installed the new version four times and initially it says installed but whenever you close down and re-start the Inimanager again it shows not installed and no options are available. If I put the old folder back, it recognises that Heathrow is installed again and wants me to update. It's like the new folder is completely invisible to the Manager. Was this update actually tested before you made it live?

That's really good to hear, thanks. I find the aircraft really stable at 2x and at 4x it porpoises up and down but does fly along fine without busting the altitude too much. Laterally it does a pretty good job at 4x. Have not tried 8x as that seems to cause almost every non-PMDG aircraft I have to fall out of the sky after a while. One thing I would really appreciate you looking into has already been raised but that's the fuel burn stays at 1x regardless of the sim rate, which results in significantly heavier landing weights than normal. With long haul aircraft they do really need to support sim rate to some degree. A lot of simmers have limited time to sim and want to replicate real life routes or routes they've flown and not always fly a short haul city pair. This will be especially critical once the A350 releases so I do hope Ini does give higher sim rates some attention going forward. PMDG aircraft seem to be incredibly stable even at 8x so perhaps it might be possible to reach out to them to see how they achieve it?

Working again now, thanks

Exactly the same issue as posted in the now locked thread, my inimanager will not open and the progress bar gets stuck on the r. App is hung completely and unusable. Tried downloading the new installer and still have the same problem.

I sent the link to the video a few days ago, but I have definitely confirmed that it was a 3rd party livery that has been causing problems. I added them all back and noticed problems immediately, including the checklist in the EFB refusing to scroll again. Removing the liveries then returned everything back to normal. I've been testing extensively with FSiPanel doing landings over and over and the aircraft is performing wonderfully again. I've narrowed it down to 2 potential liveries that were not playing nicely. Not sure why this happens but it was 100% the cause of my issues.

OK so this is interesting but it also makes no sense. I decided to deactivate all my A310 liveries using addon linker. I decided to download the Air Transat liveries again from the Inimanager. Put fresh installs into my folder and fired up the sim with only them active. I've just done 5 practice landings and all went perfectly. The plane flew just as it used to and was a joy to hand fly on the approach and landing. So tomorrow's test will be to put the other liveries back and see if things stay as they are or go back to the pitching up. I can either eliminate a) Another 3rd party livery interfering somehow or b) For some reason I can't explain the original Air Transat install was corrupted somehow. I noticed in my flight log I was having good landings in other A310s but recently have been flying the Transat ones where the issues have started. I'd never imagined that the livery itself might be the cause of the issue. I'll report back once I've put all the other liveries and some other addons back into my community folder.

OK I did a re-install, but it has not fixed the problem. I have got it on video, can I please PM you the link to download it? Something is definitely wrong with my A310, because as you will see it is flying normally (although not my best approach ever, flying with one hand while holding your phone in the other isn't that easy apparently!) then when it gets to about 60ft RA it starts pitching up.At this point I decided to let go of the yoke completely and it just keeps pitching up until it climbs away up to over 4000fpm climb rate and stalls. Also note at 30ft RA the autothrust does not idle in this case but keeps adding power and the aircraft climbs. I have absolutely no idea what is causing this. My A310 used to perform normally but a couple of updates ago I started seeing this behaviour.

I'm having a very strange issue with the A310 that is killing my ability to land the aircraft, but it doesn't look like anyone else is having it. I'm nice and stable on approach, I usually hand fly from 1,000ft RA down. I have no problems keeping the aircraft stable and on speed. Then I get to about 200-100ft RA and the A310 starts pitching nose up. I have to add a fair bit of down elevator just to keep it from entering a climb. Once I recover that around 50ft it starts to pitch up again, with or without autothrust engaged, meaning that around 30ft I get a very prolonged float. I don't even need to add any back pressure to the yoke as it pitches nose up by itself. Of course this causes the speed to drop off and I normally end up slamming into the ground at 10-15kts below vref and floating outside the touchdown zone. This has only recently started happening and I don't have the issue with any other aircraft. I'm using the Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke and Honeycomb Bravo throttles. I've checked all my assignments to make sure nothing is interfering from the hardware side. I'm thinking first step might just be a re-install. Is that done through the in game content manager or can I just delete the folder from community?

Just updated to the new version 2.1.4 and noticed what seem to be a couple of reversions from 2.1.3. In the settings page the version number is not listed again and also the setting to update the manager and products automatically does not save again. Keeps defaulting back to off.
