Hello! While in "My Products" within iniManager, KHVN shows with a pending update (Gold circle/clock w/arrow). When I click it, iniManger immediately crashes to desktop. It does not crash with any others (of the 106 I own). I appreciate your time and help! Best Regards, Mike

Hi there, Once again I am doing a long haul flight with the amazing A350 but, once again I can't finish the flight because when I adjust information for the arrival or for example today when I wanted to do the runway change the whole aircraft screens frozen, the plane still flying, nothing from the aircraft working as it should anymore... Yes, because of WASM. What can I do to actually enjoy the A350 and be able to complete my flights? Any recomendations? Is there a patch or solution to this sort of systems crashes before arrival? Dear Ini, Another couple of updates to the IniManager client and I must ask again when the updates notifications will be fixed for products that have two separated versions for MSFS2020 and MSFS2024... If it is installed only in one of those simulators the notification mark stays green even though there's an update. For example, if I didn't read your Discord channel updates and I only checked the main page of IniManager I would never know there's an update available for Stansted and I run the older version: The green mark says everything is fine, there's no update available, I'm running the latest version. My inimanager for KLAX Enhanced...

Hi there My inimanager cannot run since last Friday ，i tried multiple times it still not works，then i uninstalled it and try to reinstall，but it failed，the installer didnt run either.

I have a couple of sceneries in my library purchased through the iniManager that the developers claim are compatible with 2024, but iniManager won't allow me to install them. Namely, FSimStudios CYYC and VerticalSim KPVU. On Contrail they're listed as compatible with 2024, but I cannot install them because iniManager is unconvinced. Is there a way to install them?

I purchased the 2024 TFDI Design MD-11 yesterday but cannot successfully activate. The status on your installation process says it's installed, but the actual TFDI install application produces an error after I paste the provided activation code into the install window. The error is "Activation Failed" "Unable to verify activation code. Please check your internet connection and try again" My internet connection is fine, and I'm not seeing any firewall issues. I have rebooted my PC multiple times, restarted IniManager, uninstalled, reinstalled the MD-11 (according to IniManager). I have contacted TFDI support but they have not provided a solution. Hi, I just bought HECA from Sim Design via the Ini Manager. The description of the product features a gsx profile. It has neither installed automatically into the virtuali folder of GSX nor is it to be found in the community folder package for HECA. So where can I find it. Best regards, Felix

I tried updating N526DN in IniManager for MFS2020 and it says installed, but as soon as I scroll it goes back to saying I should install again. I temporarily changed my install folder to test and it appears that N526DN has a folder name that conflicts with another aircraft, or is associated with the wrong aircraft because it does install something just not N526DN.

Can you tell me how to do this correctly? If the transfer went smoothly in MSFS2024, then in MSFS 2020 the file installed via the INI manager cannot replace the aircraft from the market.

Specifically EGLL. When I install for MS2024 I have multiple options in inimanager that allow switching such as detail scenery or clutter on and off. This is when the scenery has just been installed. If I go back into inimanager later to tweak them further they are missing, I have to uninstall and reinstall the scenery to get the options back and then the process repeats. Is there a solution to this please?

When configuring Stanstead, button for Nool doesn't respond correctly - it just renders some half transparent tooltip text that is unreadable. Also results in the airport having both Nool and GSX screens rendered on top of each other.

Dear Sirs, I purchased several addons from inibuilds, including A350. I had to reformat my machine and uninstalled my A350s from FS2020 and 2024. After restoring my entire machine, to my surprise, I can't access my Inimanager, and the few times I managed to, it didn't install in either 2020 or 2024. When I tried to install, it freezes with the message "in queue" and then won't start. I'm currently unable to use any addons purchased from inibuilds, A350, or several scenarios. Hi there, I've been a coustomer of inibuilds since it's launching of the A300 at xplane. Today after I bought A340 and went to inimanager to download the terrian data and try to update my a350 to 1.16. I found that anytime when I press the "download" button , it just show downloading and then nothing happend ,no progress line, no remaning progress ,and I wonder if this is just my internet connection problem or is it the application's issue. I've tried redownload the app ,clear the regedit, use the vpn,clear the cache and nothing wroked for me. This happend before but I managed to fix it ,but this time nothing but turning to help is the only solution for me…

im trying to install the A350 but when it gets to around 90% it stops there and doesnt go any further. MSFS24

I am unable to download the latest A350 version (or any other item it seems) via Inimanager - download requests go to queued status and do not ever start downloading (see attached). Please advise as the eliminates my ability to either obtain updates or new purchases.

Hello, I have had this issue for a while now, but never kinda went about asking it... Apparently for some reason inibuilds manager thinks I have MSFS2020 installed - I don't. I install MSFS2024 version, and MSFS2020 says its not installed, and I come back later, other day or just next time I want to update, and it suddenly tells me MSFS2020 product is also "installed". Which can't be right. So, how is inibuilds detecting whether MSFS2020 is installed and/or how does it detect there might be a MSFS2020 product installed? That would help me immensly in searching my system for eventual misconfigurations - be that registry, files, whatever. Thank you.

I tried reinstalling iniManager, clearing caches, etc. I purchased a scenery and iniManager shows it downloading and then "Installed". My settings show my path to Community folder correctly. But the scenery never shows in the Community folder. Then, the Manager crashes. I have not had issues with any other addon installer/developer. This is Windows 11 and it should not be this hard to use a addon! I have searched my computer and the addon scenery is definitely not anywhere else. (It shouldn't be since the Community folder path shows correctly.

I'm trying to install my purchased airbus products in my X-plane 12 folder. Ini Manager automatically finds the x-plane folder, but gives a warning that no simulator is detected, and I cant install the aircraft.

Hi All - Just purchased the KIND airport scenery for MSFS2024. It was installed and downloaded but it is not showing up in the sim. I confirmed it is in my community folder, but it is not listed in my community folder in the sim/marketplace. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and wondering if this is due to some permissions on the folder itself. Any help appreciated here.

I have a number of airports I bought and hence, they are of course showing up under 'My products' in iniManager. Since I recall how some of them (those from PE Sim) were quite cumbersome to install and I want to keep my system as clean and simple after having rebuilt my sim rig, I will not use these products anymore. Is there a way I can hide these products to not show up on the 'My products' page in iniManager?
