March 4Mar 4 I am encountering an issue while using inimanager software, which prevents me from downloading the content I purchased. My IP address is located in mainland China. When I attempt to download the A350 to my computer, the download does not start due to network restrictions in my region. Therefore, I tried using a VPN. Regardless of which regional node I selected, after clicking "Download," the progress bar appears, but after about 2 seconds, the inimanager software crashes. Following this crash, I am unable to reopen the software. I have tried reinstalling the software multiple times, thoroughly checked the MSFS2020 and MSFS2024 folders, and even attempted to run the software with security protection disabled. However, the issue persists, and there are no error messages displayed after the crash. How can I resolve this issue?
March 4Mar 4 Staff Hi, Have you tried running as administrator and downloading via the Alternate Downloader that can be found in the manager settings? Is your IniManager up to date?
