  1. Hi, what is the full name of the keybind you're currently using?
  2. Hi, does holding Left shift (default keybind-- command is NAV -> INCREASE WHEEL SPEED) make any difference?
  3. Hi thanks for the post. 1 - do these buttons manipulate the rudder? Or the nosewheel steering? 2 - Please double check this post and see if anything here sorts this issue 3 - This is a difficult one to diagnose without a video, please provide one if you can 4 - The A310 is a very heavy plane, even when empty. And without outboard ailerons, can feel very sluggish
  4. Hi, I'm wondering if there's a little bit of noise in the throttles. I'm unfamiliar with the Airbus TCA pack, but is it possible to have your idle calibration in the EFB start slightly into the reverse range? This should stop reverse activating when it's in idle
  5. Thanks for the feedback! I've passed it on 🙂
  6. Thanks guys, we are looking into this
  7. If you're using the latest Navigraph (2211 rev.2), make sure you have Asobo's VHHX Kai Tak installed; this should prevent any crashing.
  8. Hi! If you have any kind of controller plugged into your PC, please try unplugging them and trying again. It is possible that there is a conflicting keybind.
  9. I believe both of them are, yes 🙂
  10. We are aware of this issue, thanks for the report!
  11. You can in a way in the A310. As Alexair says, it's not quite as sophisticated as modern step climbs. All it will really do is tell you when to climb, to reach an altitude at a waypoint. You do this by RSK'ing the waypoint in your F-PLN you want to reach your new CRZ FL at, this will open VERT REV. If you're at your current CRZ FL, there should be a STEP PRED> prompt, which will allow you to tell the FMS "Hey, I want to be at this new CRZ ALT at this waypoint" and the FMS will tell you when to climb. Step climbs in the A310 are not automatic, not based on optimum time to climb; and you can only have one loaded at a time.
  12. Thanks for this, it's fixed internally 🙂

    Trim wheel sound

To expand on what Alexair said, the trim Whooler noise activates when continuous electronic trim signal has been received for longer than 1 second and is tied to the internal volume slider on the EFB
  14. No, the enhanced pack is available through the in sim Marketplace
  15. Locking the thread as the issue is resolved
  16. We have not provided a full FCOM, only our manual.
  17. This particular issue was able to be resolved directly with FSDT for GSX. For anyone else having this issue, please ensure your GSX installation is up to date.
  18. As in this FAQ thread: we do indeed ask people not to use the weather request as it can cause issues
  19. If you've not initiated this yourself, there's a conflicting package in your Community folder.

    Destnation EFOB

In that case I'll pass it on, thanks for bringing it up

    Simulation Rate.

Have you bound the "Increase Sim Rate" and "Decrease Sim Rate" keybinds in the MSFS controls menu?
  22. High N1 on reverse is something we're aware of; once we're able to we'll try and tune it to be more accurate 🙂
  23. Hi, the default AUTOPILOT OFF command in MSFS settings should work for you, as it's the one I use myself. As for the pitch trim, I'll get someone to check for you
  24. They will be blank until your IRS are aligned and at least one Pitch Trim switch is ON
