So after seeing 330 Drivers glowing review of the 330, was pretty keen to jump in, unfortunately after setting up my jet, i taxi out, but im unable to enter managed heading? (where you click up, and the heading changes to dashes, so the plane then follows the planned route, sorry, dont know proper name).

The thing is, up until take off, the flight path was solid, but as i lift off, it changes to dashes, and i if i try clicking up on the heading dial, the heading glitches a second, then goes back into the current heading (although doesnt seem to follow that heading if i change it). The odd thing is, i just tried a flight in the A320N, and ive flown this in 2020, without this issue, but in 2024, it done the same thing on that plane too. Yet the 321 seemed fine, setting up with same process.

Am i missing something in the new sim, that could be causing this? Ive also seen @richboy2307 post saying to disable assists, but they were already disabled. Its a shame, as it seems INIBuilds are the only ones who finished their planes, so i really wana try em

Impossible to say for sure without some kind of screenshot of what was happening in the aircraft, but most likely your flight directors were off

I have got one outstanding issue to resolve to complete programming my WinWing FCU using SPAD.NEXT. Title says it all, I cannot find the variable that displays the FPA value. I even checked a Mobiflight module for A320neo but they seem to have created their own variable (INI_FPA_DIAL) which doesn't exist outside of mobiflight.

    Thanks In Advance

Hi, is there any reason you're using SPAD.Next over the default WinWing software to configure your FCU? The A320neo V2 should be supported natively when using their software.

Hey Josh, just noticed that the sheet you shared is for the a320neo, did you also have one going for the a300, or are they the same?

A lot of them are the same with regards to the FCU especially. If there are any you're needing for A300 let me know. I will be putting a list together for A300 but I can't give a timeline as I am currently very busy on other projects. Moving forward, I hope to have lists ready to go for aircraft launches

Hi Josh, I've just arrived here to see if there might be any content/lists as you've mentioned you've been working on. Our friend Guenseli on Flightsim.to who creates very popular Stream Deck profiles for your products, has been working overtime releasing updates to all the changes that have been made in the A300 update. Anything you can share at the moment?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Not an exhaustive list of course, but here's the first draft, let me know if there's anything missing from here that you would like to see added 🙂

    Thanks Team for your replies!

@richboy2307 Yes, I could use the process you described (and I also have Spad.Next to assist as well) BUT it IS a really balls-aching process that takes many hours (I have done this before!) and I really think that as the developers you already have the knowledge and it would be REALLY appreciated if you could share it.

@JoshFThis L:INI_POTENTIOMETER_18 seems to be a new issue (started by Asobo/MS themselves) since MSFS launched. In previous versions of MS related flight sims you had e.g.  L:INI_A32NV2_OVRHD_LTS_DOME_KNOB or L:INI_A32NV2_MIP_LEFT_MFD_BRIGHT_KNOB (I have used INI in place of any other developer of 3rd Party aircraft). This (I would assume) would make it easier (and faster = more efficient) to make changes in the event of updates/bug fixes.

Alternatively (and I assume this is the case for your development team) there must be a list somewhere that tells you that L:INI_POTENTIOMETER_18 is the Dimmer Knob for the Pilots/Left MFD (which is what I going to assume is what you're working your way through to produce this list for us?)?

Yes I am working my way through the aircraft compiling the list 🙂

Unfortunately the server issues the other day and other work I have has pushed publishing it back slightly, but once it is done once; a lot of it will be easily convertible for our entire fleet and will be published earlier going forwards

@richboy2307 Hi, it has been a month since your last reply to this. Have we got any further on this matter? There are a number of people who would really appreciate getting that list of LVAR's (ALL of them) as we all have different hardware and software that we would like to utilise to enable a more immersive experience. Personally, just me, I haven't flown this aircraft (OR for that matter ANY iniBuilds aircraft) because I cannot find lists of LVAR's and I use my hardware extensively.

Surely a full list MUST exist for each aircraft? So it wouldn't be that hard to publish each one would it?

    Hi, like I say here:

Hi Mark, which ones are you looking for? There's technically well over 1000 so if you give me a list of the ones you'd like I can provide them

There's well over 1000 (upon inspection putting the list together, its actually closer to 3000) LVARs in use in the Airbus code base, its not a case of just dumping a list of all of them, L:INI_POTENTIOMETER_18 for example wouldn't be of that much use. I concede putting the list together has taken longer than planned but I aim to have it up and published within the next couple days

Can INI provide a list of LVARS to be used for programming AAO?

Hi, I found a few L Vars that are working. As an example there ist B:AIRLINER_PROFILE_Button. Could you provide L Vars for pressing and pulling the kobs (HDG, ALT, SPD, VS)?

    thanks

    Sure,

    Speed:
     - pull: L:INI_FCU_SELECTED_SPEED_BUTTON

     - push: L:INI_FCU_MANAGED_SPEED_BUTTON

    Alt:

     - pull: L:INI_ALTITUDE_PULL_COMMAND

     - push: L:INI_ALTITUDE_PUSH_COMMAND

    Heading:

     - pull: L:INI_FCU_SELECTED_HEADING_BUTTON

     - push: L:INI_FCU_SYNC_HEADING_BUTTON

    V/S:

     - pull: L:AP9_BUTTON

I can confirm same issue here. Throttles are broken in latest update. My reversers are messed up as well. Using honeycomb bravo. Number two reverse lever only closes halfway when selecting reversers off.

    Tom

How is your Bravo set up? I'm using one and haven't seen this

I am trying to change my email address in the store, but the support contact form returns an error saying try again later all the time.

I have successfully changed the email within this forum. Could the request be dealt with here or forwarded to support?

Hi, is this still an issue?

  11. Hi, we have this logged internally but for now, this is not something we can fix as the default pilot and passenger models do not disappear in the default aircraft either. Once this changes in the core of the sim, it should automatically apply to the Taifun too.

  12. Hi folks, thanks for getting in touch. This kind of thing is quite nuanced to balance as we're dealing with a myriad of variables here; Simbrief's data and calculations, our data and calculations; winds in the sim maybe not matching the predicted as closely as expected; cost indexes; procedural approaches adding more burn; the A310's notoriously problematic VNAV (IRL). The data we have provided for the profile is the same as that in our manual, which is what we use for our calculations in the sim. Having just performed a flight, I landed with 800 kg less than planned on Simbrief; however this is including what appeared to be several wind shifts at cruise in the sim, and following the full procedural approach to the ILS, which is not factored into Simbrief's calculations.

  13. Hi, the solution for this is as follows:

Go to your Community folder -> inibuilds-aiport-heathrow-egll -> Scenery -> airport-egll-london -> egll-modellib. In there you'll probably see three folders, one named texture, one named texture.HD and one named texture.SD. It seems that the download has downloaded the SD textures twice. You may safely remove the folder named texture, then re-name either one to just texture (i.e., texture.HD to texture). Reload the iniManager and your options should be back to normal. Please let me know if this works for you

Edit: We aim to have this fixed within the next day or two so this won't be necessary; but this is the immediate fix
