  1. Hello, If this is your first time engaging with iniBuilds, welcome! By way of introduction, my name is Ubaid; CEO at iniBuilds. iniBuilds is made up of a collective of thinkers and doers with a shared commitment to create the best products for flight simulation. We stand at the forefront of this industry, and our work is fuelled by the passion of this community. Our main focus is to provide some of the best products to as many people as possible. In June, we were super pleased to announce our long-term partnership with Microsoft Flight Simulator. That post where you can check out here, was primarily focused on the Airbus A310 for Microsoft Flight Simulator. We will have some exciting tutorials / video content coming soon on the A310 for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Today, following the official showcase yesterday, we are excited to report on two other aircraft that we have made, that will be free if you own a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator or have an Xbox Game Pass subscription - The Curtiss JN-4 Jenny and The Grumman G-21A Goose! These aircraft will be a part of the Microsoft Flight Simulator 40th Anniversary Standard Edition coming on 11th of November 2022. You can read the official announcement by Microsoft Flight Simulator here. This is a landmark milestone for iniBuilds, as we enter into a new market within flight simulation, and have lots of new content in production for these type of aircraft coming very soon! 😉 The Curtiss JN-4 Jenny The Curtiss Jenny is one of the most significant aircraft in aviation history. Introduced in 1915, The JN-4 was responsible for training an estimated 95% of all American WWI pilots and a significant number of the Royal Flying Corps pilots who trained in North America. By the end of production, 6813 Jenny’s had been built by six different manufacturers - such was the popularity of the design. Although designed as a military trainer, the Jenny is perhaps better known for its post war career. Following the cessation of hostilities in 1918, thousands of surplus Jennys (some still in their original shipping crates) were sold into the civilian market. Civilian aviation was a brand new concept in the early 1920’s and the handling characteristics of the Jenny made it the perfect aircraft for the dawn of the barnstorming era. Many pilots, who would go on to become legends of aviation, took their first lesson or solo flight in a JN-4 and used it to complete many aviation firsts. Our Jenny features a highly detailed model of the Curtiss OX-5 Engine. The OX-5 does not feature any rocker covers, so you will notice the exposed valve and the associated springs (3 per cylinder) all moving in the correct firing sequence. To take full advantage of this, we have placed a click spot inside the cockpit to allow the user to remove the cowlings on the ground. As an early open cockpit biplane, many of control linkages are fully exposed both inside and outside the aircraft. Over 800 cable loops have been faithfully recreated and the cables themselves have all been rigged using the original aircraft manuals. We hope you enjoy this aircraft as much as we have enjoyed making it! The Grumman G-21A Goose Quite possibly the world's first private luxury aircraft, the Grumman Goose was designed as a commuter aircraft for wealthy businessmen in the Long Island area. In 1936, a group of Long Island residents approached Grumman and commissioned them to build an executive transport aircraft that they could use to fly to / from New York city - The G-21 was the result. The first production variants were intended to carry two or three passengers and came complete with a bar, toilet and executive seating. The design was later modified to carry up to 8 passengers and went on to serve with various air forces around the world. Every effort has been made to recreate the executive cabin in painstaking detail and features an authentic seating, bar, champagne bucket and restroom facilities. There is some excellent reference available for this aircraft, and when used in conjunction with factory blueprints and manuals, has enabled us to accurately recreate the feel of 1930s luxury travel. Special attention has been paid to modelling and texturing a highly detailed model of the Pratt & Whitney R-985 Wasp Jr which powered the G-21. We hope you enjoyed reading this development update and are super excited to share some more information on the A310 and our other projects next month! As a reminder these aircraft will be a part of the Microsoft Flight Simulator 40th Anniversary Standard Edition coming on 11th of November 2022. Kind Regards, Ubaid
  2. I would check if you have installed any other plugins recently... If not, would recommend a full re-install.
  3. Hi Martin! If you are looking for a full VR experience then I would not recommend as its more VR compatibility with MoveVR or the SimVRLabs configs.. Also only for XP11, as XP12 is not confirmed at the moment. Hope that helps. Kind Regards Ubaid

  10. Hello folks! I hope you are well. 🙂 We have lots of exciting stuff to show today, so let's jump straight in. iniBuilds A310 for Microsoft Flight Simulator In case you missed the big news last month, we announced our long-term partnership with Microsoft Flight Simulator in developing this aircraft. We highly recommend you read that post first, before continuing! Development is going very well, and the last post focused a lot on the exterior. Today, I am pleased to show you some elements of the beautiful cockpit that will be coming with this aircraft. A lot of the elements are complete, with final refinements being conducted and you can also see some of the features coming into the EFB. As mentioned in our last post, we will provide a comprehensive training guide on the operation of the aircraft and how all the systems can be used. Please note this is not a modern Airbus so there are some quirks and they have been fully reflected in the aircraft to provide a great deal of immersion, and these will all be explained in our training series! We have some other items we have not revealed yet, that we will show next month, but for now I leave you with two more fantastic exterior shots. I know it's not a lot of information, but we are very busy to get this aircraft ready for you all! As a reminder it will be completely free if you own a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator or have an Xbox Game Pass subscription; this airliner will be a part of the Microsoft Flight Simulator 40th Anniversary Standard Edition coming in November of 2022. 14. To those of you who know what we do, welcome back, we are super excited to finally share some news on our aircraft development for flight simulation. As a result, we are excited to announce our long-term partnership with Microsoft Flight Simulator in developing this complex, immersive aircraft for the Microsoft Flight Simulator platform. iniBuilds has been a leading aircraft creator within the industry for many years, and we are very pleased to partner with the Microsoft Flight Simulator team. iniBuilds A310 for Microsoft Flight Simulator This post will be focused on the status of the iniBuilds A310. This was first announced in October 2021, and we are extremely pleased with the development progress of this aircraft. For those who are visiting us for the first time, and don't know what the A310 is, allow me to explain! The A310 is a wide-body aircraft designed by Airbus Industrie (a group of European aerospace manufacturers in the 1970's-1980's). The aircraft introduced a two-crew glass cockpit and is truly a versatile aircraft perfect for short-long haul operations (up to 10 hrs!). It existed in many variations and iterations; our aircraft on initial release will be the A310-304 powered by General Electric CF6-80 engines, passenger variant only. Since the initial announcement we have re-modelled significant areas of the aircraft and completely re-textured the aircraft making full use of the powers of Microsoft Flight Simulator to provide a fantastic visual experience alongside a focus on the details of the Airbus A310. We have ensured all rivets, panel lines, dirt placements and decals were technically analysed and placed throughout the aircraft to provide you with a truly immersive experience when flying this highly advanced aircraft from the 1980's. With all iniBuilds aircraft you can expect the complete package; visuals, systems and sounds. This aircraft will be no different. We are super lucky to have access to a real-life flying aircraft throughout the development process and have been able to acquire authentic sound recordings from each area of the real aircraft. You can expect an excellent audible experience, dynamically balanced within a 3D environment, coupled with location dependent audio, as well as the inclusion of audio based on a variety of environmental conditions. Moving onto systems: we have completely re-written our code base for the Microsoft Flight Simulator version, enhancing and improving our A310 systems in all areas from the previous iteration of this product. Significant parts of aircraft have greater levels of dynamic behaviour and reliance for example in our electrical system; each item within the aircraft has an impact on the power drawn from the generators, even individual fuel pumps, which will cause realistic electrical system demand changes. The FMS (flight management system) which is an essential component for the navigation of the aircraft, has been completely re-written from the ground up allowing for more realistic operations on day-day flying, along with new features not previously seen on iniBuilds products. The FMS will allow for full lateral and vertical guidance modes including RNAV approaches and overlay NDB VOR approaches. We will provide a comprehensive training guide on these, and how they can be used. Please note this is not a modern Airbus so there are some quirks and they have been fully reflected in the aircraft to provide a great deal of immersion, and these will all be explained in our training series! In addition to these fantastic systems, we will also provide a newly designed, feature-rich EFB (electronic flight bag). This will allow you to manage weight and balance, interact with the awesome ground services in Microsoft Flight Simulator and much more! We hope you are as excited as we are for this complex airliner to come to Microsoft Flight Simulator. In the next few months, we will be showcasing more pictures, videos, and training guides, so even if you’ve never flown an airliner before, or you’re a seasoned pilot on another aircraft, you can all enjoy this aircraft upon release. Now for the information that everyone wants to know; pricing and release dates! Pricing... I am extremely honoured to announce that this plane is going to be free. If you own a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator or have an Xbox Game Pass subscription, this airliner will be a part of the Microsoft Flight Simulator 40th Anniversary Standard Edition coming in November of 2022 (you can read more about it in Microsoft Flight Simulator’s Wire post from earlier today)! One of the biggest reasons for our partnership with Microsoft Flight Simulator: the ability to provide high quality aircraft simulations to as many people as possible! This is a fantastic step in our industry, and we can’t wait for you all to get your hands on this aircraft! We are looking forward to future developments with the Microsoft Flight Simulator team and we hope you are as excited as we are for the next few months! Thank you for reading this development update. We know it was long overdue, but we’re excited to finally be able to share what we’ve been working on! Happy flying! Ubaid **Disclaimer: All liveries present on the images of the aircraft are purely for the purpose of this post, showcasing the product and may not be present in the final product due to licensing approval. Microsoft Flight Simulator is available for Xbox Series X|S and PC with Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, Windows, and Steam, and on Xbox One and supported mobile phones, tablets, and lower-spec PCs via Xbox Cloud Gaming.
  15. Is that reflected in the actual scenery? or is this an early promo shot - we will check this in any case.
  16. EBBR by Aerosoft does not perform great for everyone and that is one of the reasons why - the super detailed interior. Interiors on such a big airport is not something on our list for now, but texturing, night lighting and performance are top 3! Thank you for your comments!
  17. We would love to, but a lack of XP resources at the moment means for now, sadly this one is not on the table! Maybe something we can reconsider though!
  18. We hope to provide more information on this project soon! Its going well 🙂
  19. Hello all! Firstly, welcome to our first scenery development update of the year. In these we will cover developments under iniScene - our scenery & other POI based products. iniScene EGLL To start the year, in January we released our first mega-airport iniScene London Heathrow EGLL for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This was a fantastic project and we worked with some great people who engage with the airport daily to create a faithful rendition. Being our first mega-airport we learnt a lot, and as you can always expect from us, have reflected and are working on an update covering the following main areas: - Performance - Night lighting - More detail on road markings We currently have a thread open, asking what you would like to see in a free update of this airport, so please do let us know and we will cover as much of these as we can! https://forum.inibuilds.com/topic/5003-what-would-you-like-to-see-in-an-update-for-heathrow/. We want you to feel that your purchase is respected, and will always continue to improve where we can. Your business and loyalty is always appreciated! An update on P3D/XP - unfortunately this product will not be coming to these platforms at this time. If anything changes, we will let you know! iniScene KBUF In May this year we released iniScene Buffalo Niagara KBUF for Microsoft Flight Simulator! This was another fantastic product. A full terminal interior modelled, alongside a very busy ramp with custom gate details, this product was very well received. We thank you for your support on this, and it was great to see very minimal critical feedback on this product! We are also pleased to announce work on iniScene KBUF for X-Plane 11 has started and will provide an update on this very soon! iniScene KSAT At the end of last year we announced iniScene San Antonio KSAT for Microsoft Flight Simulator! The development on this has truly been a labour of love and its fantastic to see the team do such a great job. Not only will this scenery be some of our best work visually, but will also have some details not seen before in some of our other products. A true commitment to always taking our products to the next level - allowing us to provide you with some of the best products on the market. We plan to start release preparations for this airport very soon, and are working on the final details! I attach some pictures below for you to see some of the current progress. In addition to KSAT we are currently working on a few other projects which we will share more information on in the next couple of months along with a brand new product offering for you heli pilots 😉 More to come soon! In regards to our aircraft developments; we have received hundreds of questions, and we will provide a proper development update in due course - trust us, some very exciting things are coming! That's all for now. As always please do engage on the comment thread here, and we will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Do check out our other products available here: https://store.inibuilds.com/ Feel free to join our Discord to interact with us on a daily basis: https://inib.uk/discord Happy flying, and have a great rest of your Sunday!
  20. Thanks, we will cover as many as we can! More technical reasoning / pushback on some of the comments as to why we did what we did will come once we have done a full analysis.
  21. Hey guys! We are working on a few things, biggest being performance and some more roads modelling airside. If you would like to see things done in a free update, please post on this thread! Many thanks!
