1.0.5 No white strobes anyone? Only red beacon is visible. Strobes are not with AUTO or ON position of the switch.

Confirmed - 1.0.5 this is fixed.

skypara started following Navigraph charts on tablet , EFB Simbrief routing issue , Engines sound and 2 others

Simbrief loading error - Instance was null... Well, we don't like seeing red messages in the aviation LoL.. Anyway, at least managed to get the Simbrief plan to start properly loading in the MCDU through the AOC menu and then in the INIT page (at first it was doing nothing). I noticed the Navigraph database was not updating, log out and log in again through the A340 tablet seems to have updated the database + fixed the issue with the MCDU. The "instance was null" error is still there though.

I do agree with SP1986, and I can attribute my own experience to be nearly the same as his, I’ve been cabin crew for three years flying on B777, A330 and 343/345. My concern for A343 is specifically the artificial feel the current engine sounds produce, remind me of a vacuum cleaner rather than genuine jet turbine rumble. But at the end of the day we can all agree that when it comes to sounds it’s all subjective and opinions may vary. I hope u don’t get me wrong, the sound package is very good, but it can be worked on to become near perfection

I’m very sorry, no disrespect to the work by E19 guys, but IMHO engines sounds are far from the real aircraft. Flight deck and cabin. I’ve flown A LOT on this aircraft and I can tell. I hope I’ll get backed up by others and eventually the sounds get overhauled. For me the soundstage quality is a go/no go for any addon.

I was wondering about the same.. For whatever reason I don’t particularly like the engine sounds. In climb the soundstage reminds me of a diesel train LoL…

Here’s my resolution: FSUIPC set: Created plane specific profile (A340) Axis 1 -> FSUIPC calibrated: Throttles 1&2; Axis 2 -> FSUIPC calibrated: Throttles 3&4 MSFS2024 set: Plane specific profile (A340 only) Axis 1 -> Throttles 1&2; Axis 2 -> Throttles 3&4 Plane Tablet set: 2 Axis In plane movement for some of the throttles appeared as inverted (Throttles 2, 3 and 4). Reconfigure axis for these throttles as inverted in MSFS2024 to correct position in game vs physical position. Now that all axis and throttles were moving correctly I did final calibration in the Plane Tablet and I’m all set. I assume if iNi does some updates down the line I’ll need to do slight tweaks but for the moment I’m golden.

Hey folks, Struggling with throttle setup for the A340, using Virpil MongoosT-50CM3. My standard method works flawlessly for twin-engine addons, but this quad is a disaster. Any fixes or workarounds? Quick Setup Hardware: Virpil MongoosT-50CM3 (dual throttles) Software: FSUIPC (latest), MSFS 2024 updated Created A340-specific FSUIPC profile: Left axis → Throttle 1 ("Send to FSUIPC for calibration"), Right → Throttle 2. MSFS Controls: Throttle 1 & 2 enabled, no conflicts. Expected: Left controls Engines 1-2, Right for 3-4. What I Tried 2-Axis Mode (A340 tablet): Calibrated both axes in tablet - 1,2,3 and 4 appear to move fine there, but sim animations of the throttles are erratic (jumps, desyncs, detents off; Engines 3-4 laggy). 1-Axis & 4-Axis Modes (A340 tablet): Total mess—throttles fight, plane unflyable. Reconfigured the A340-specific FSUIPC profile: Left axis → Throttle 1 and 2 ("Send to FSUIPC for calibration"), Right → Throttle 3 and 4: Same as above... Is this a known A340/FSUIPC bug? Successful dual-throttle setups (exact FSUIPC assignments)? Tips for EFB sync? Cheers,

iNi Manager - instant buy Marketplace - instant wondering - Should I wait or should I buy, cause I don’t want to screw myself buying a product through a platform which inherently underperforms…

Noticed the same in cruize today. Changing FL up did not fix it. I've resolved it by momentarily switching the cab v/s MODE switch on the overhead to MAN and then back to AUTO.

Is it possible to make those sounds dynamic? i.e. only when nose wheel is actually on top of the centerline to hear the thumps. Also the thumps to speed up / slow down with the speed of the A/C rolling?

Taxi Sound Improvement – Lack of Dynamic Variation & Nose Gear Noise
skypara replied to Manuel1989's topic in Sounds
Brilliant aircraft and now is time to refine it further. The taxi sounds are something to be looked at for sure. ATM I have reduced the volume thumping sound (ground roll) as it becomes quite repetitive and respectivelly anoying. At least iNi have added the sliders LoL.. -
+1 The map names are too tiny to read rendering the map useless ATM

Any plans to include charts (Navigraph) to be selectable on the A330 tablet? I can see available space for a charts button…

Thank you for the explaination. You comment is indeed correct. Did some digging through the deeper section of the net (aka Google search page 2+). Attachning some additional info about A300/A310 RAT from a FedEx ops manual for those interested.
