    Update: Added the iniManager folder and the exe file to security software exceptions without any luck. I had to reboot into Safe Mode - Network, which iniManager did then work and downloaded the file. For some reason something on Windows 11 for me is blocking iniManager from running and had to use Safe Mode to get it to work.

    iniManager 1.06 tries to open but only for a second. This is on Windows 11 latest version.
