A350 Pack valve opens during whole flight?

According to the picture, A350 on MSFS2020, is these valves supposed to be opened during whole flight even at FL410?
I have both MSFS2020 &2024. The 2024 A350 seems normal (closed during cruise), but on MSFS2020 is weird.
