Yesterday, I purchased the A220 from the IniBuilds store, I came to run it in MSFS2020 and nothing happened apart from the EFB (that worked well - I was able to go through all the options, downloaded a SimBrief light plan, etc.)

So, to be clear on what I mean by nothing happened is that when I selected the batteries, there was nothing - no power up of screens, etc,. The GPU didn't come on when I selected it, etc. Also, the throttles, the steering tiller and the sidestick did not react to any inputs.

I tried reinstalling it - same result, same for with cabin or no cabin.

I have a powerful PC set up, as follows:

• Processor AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor (4.70 GHz)

• Installed RAM 64.0 GB (61.6 GB usable)

• Graphics card AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX (24 GB)

and it can run the A350 without any issues.

I don't think that it is a WASM crash as I tried a different aircraft straight after trying to get the A220 to work, and that was fine.

So, I am totally bemused - I have been using flight simulators almost since Microsoft Flight Simulator 5.0 and this has never happened to me before.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same issue with no reaction on batteries-switches and external power, although the taxilamps and all other exterior lights were illuminated. After cleaning the wasm-folder I could start everything (unfortunately I have to clean it every time I want to use the A220). The only problem I have now I don't get the A220 to steer, just using keyboard for steering instead of sidestick

I just wanted to add to this that I'm sufffering the same problem. Battery switches don't seem to have any effect on the aircraft. It just stays cold and dark. Flicking switches on the overhead etc. all seem to work (lights and passenger sign sounds for example). It just never seems to actually power up. I have tried removing and a fresh install. I haven't flown for a couple of weeks so unsure if this has happened since an update or since re-installing the aircraft through the Ini-manager.

I also encountered this issue the other day, only to find out that I had the Marketplace version installed as well.

If you have transferred over to the iniManager, please ensure that the Synaptic A220 is DISABLED in the Marketplace.

That should resolve the issue.

Sorry I did exactly what you say and now when I select a220 I dont have liveries even if I downloaded several from flightsim.to and also from marketplace.

Alson now if I load scenery/airport with the default liveries MSFS 2024 frozen.

Can you explain detailed steps after move my a220 into initManager?

Hi,

Once you have ensured the aircraft is disabled within the content manager;

• Uninstall the aircraft from the iniManager

• Confirm it has been removed from your community folder

• Reinstall the aircraft through the iniManager

• Update any liveries if needed from the iniManager

• Launch the sim, confirm the A220 is still disabled within the content manager

Hi Pierre,

This is very odd! As one final troubleshooting step, can you please:

• Make sure iniManager is completely closed. Check your Windows system tray/taskbar to ensure it isn't still running in the background.

• Open the Run dialog: Press Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the Run box.

• Clear Local AppData: Type %localappdata% into the Run box and press Enter. Locate the folder named iniManager and delete it.

• Clear Roaming AppData: Press Windows Key + R again to open the Run box. Type %appdata% and press Enter. Locate the folder named iniManager and delete it.

• Restart iniManager: Relaunch iniManager. It should start fresh and rebuild its configuration files.

Houston we have problem 🙄

I cleared and deleted all as you propose deleted even deleted synaptic-aircraft-a220 in the Community folder, reinstall iniManager V 2.6 uninstalled and reinstalled a220 and MSFS24 dont find the aircraft among the others addons... but after Enabled Synaptic a220 Airbus in My Library the aircraft appears in the menu and seems work normally now 🥳
