Hi Nico, I've just tried that. No new error messages popped up when the download started moving backwards. It got to about 850MB again before jumping back to about 150.

Hi Nico, I have just tried this but didn't work sadly. I can also confirm I'm not using a VPN and have enough Hard Drive space.

Suffering the exact same issue. I've been trying to download the new Southampton Scenery all afternoon. Gets to about 800 / 970MB then starts jumping backwards until about 150. Then it starts all over again. Have tried re-installing iniManager, Restarting PC Several times. Nothing seems to work.
