A350 ARPT NAV NOT AVAIL (NAVIGRAPH)

Hi there, so when I started the plane on the ground, I was able to use the zoom function to see the airport map on the ND, without any issues, but once I'm in the air, it suddenly shows A350 ARPT NAV NOT AVAIL (NAVIGRAPH), and Navigraph seems to have disconnected because when I looked at the 3rd party settings on the OIS, it showed me the Navigraph code and asked me to connect, even though I have connected Navigraph at the start of the flight.

Every time I try to use navigraph.com/code to link  it again, the OIS just generates a new code, creating an infinite loophole where nav data is never available anymore but the terminal charts in the OIS do work.}

This has happened to me in 2 long haul flights, making BTV not useful with navigraph

I believe this is a known issue. There are a few posts about it in Discord. It seems maybe 1.0.1 changed something?

I am checking the OIS before starting to flight and if there is any QR code there, I am restarting the flight and check the OIS again. Works for me every time so far. PS: Normally even though there is a QR code there to sign in, I am not doing anything except restart the flights. Most of the time it is automatically logged in when I started again. If not then I am entering the code and then restart the flight.

Hi,

Apologies for your experience. There is an issue related to the Navigraph token authentication on the OIS side that the team's aware of and looking into. This will affect anything that relies on live Navigraph connection (Charts, Enroute Map or ANF). In most instances you can regain by resetting your Navigraph Token.

found this problem on 1.0.3 , usually when still enroute and need to setup BTV this error occur. 

quick fix that i found, zoom out back to 10 then zoom back in, it should be works.

so far i didn't see this problem on v1.0.4

Still happens on 1.0.4.
Even after linking the EFB with Navigraph, sometimes the OIS doesn't refresh and is still not connected. Opening and closing the menu just shows me a new navigraph code.

I always restart the flight after log on to navigraph. Fixes the issues tbh

There is. On the ground with engines off. At the most useful situation...

My workaround is to load the DEST and ALTN aerodromes before start (as it loads only once) so if there is an in flight Navigraph glitch, the data is already loaded.

@AndrasN Your're right, but it doesn't help. The button is there, when navigraph is connected. But my problem is: the navigraph-linking doesn't work. Since the last update i cannot connect navigraph again. After i entered the code on navigraph.com/code nothing changes on the ois and i remain unlinked. I also tried to clear the wasm-folder ... after that, i can establish a connection, but for some reason it is not stored and with the next start of the sim the connection is gone again.

I have the same problem. Tried a few different codes. Doesn't update or connect. Very frustrating. This happened after the A350 update today.

The same idea I tried to use but changed the folder type to:

• Steam Version:
  %appdata%\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a350
• Store Version:
  %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a350

DELETE ALL THE inibuilds-aircraft-a350 FOLDER and restart the MSFS20, try to re-login to navigraph on OIS and it will be connected (at least for me).

I am hoping you guys able to connect using the same method.

That's how you clean the WASM folder, but not the solution for this issue.

You just need to restart the flight if this problem occurs before takeoff, but you can't do anything if you're already in-flight.

I never try to remove the WASM problems before, but still I am considering your idea for the future need 😉

Buuuuttt, why don't we take time for a while to restart the sim for better future? 😄

Thx, but it isnt constantly. I ve made LTFM-VVTS about 10 hrs and it worked perfectly, but during LTFM-EGLL-LTFM map for EGLL wasnt unable.
