So far for me this aircraft is a disappointment.

I am unable to load the FP into the FMS by using the CPNY F-Plan Request. It is blacked out when I try and press it. I have imported the FP from Simbrief in the FLT OPSSTS page on the EFB and the same goes for the Loadsheet.

What am I doing wrong?

Just to understand better, are you using the Simbrief ID (digits) and not the alphabets? If yes, maybe try resintalling the aircraft (remove any A350 liveries from community folder) and clear WASM folder specific to A350. There's an official tutorial in the forum and also mention of SU Beta being mandatory. I was having upgrading NAVDATA from the EFB and only a clear installation as mentioned above helped sort that issues. Reading through a lot of issues throughout the forum, it also appears that the process above helps to resolve a lot of those issues. However, there's like a patch upcoming later today that should fix some items.

Oh and also have to re-link & verify the plane with Navigraph from the EFB under Options> Third Party. Make sure you update the NAVDATA under the same page once linked and restart the sim. Hope it helps.

Hello,

after the official SU1 Update i still cannot perform the "CPNY F-Plan Request". On the EFB my Simbrief import works just fine with setting the ZFW & Fuel figures.

As soon as i press CPNY F-Plan Request it goes to "pending" and after 3s it goes back to CPNY F-Plan Request.

I tried to delete all liveries and clear the WASM folder yet it still doesn't work. Also i updated the FMS with navigraph data twice with a re-link

Very frustrating and annoying tbh.

Please provide me with a solution

Same here even after 1.0.2 update - in FS2020 - the F-PLN appears after some manipulation (I insert FROM/TO - Flight number - PAX ) and so on

But It would be better to have it directly in the INIT page

After some trial & error, re-installing the entire A350 i figured out the issue and it was a setting within Simbrief - so nothing wrong with the moduel itself (which kind of makes sense since the uplink for the EFB works just fine).

Within the Simbrief planning tool you have to enable the "Detailed Navlog" setting otherwise it won't be able to import anything into the FMS!

If you scroll further down to the dropdown "Flight Plan Downloads" it will tell you exactly that.

According to the support :

"You can't request simbrief with the engines running is what I mean to say.
The FCOM says the "CPNY F-Plan request" button should removed when engines are running.

Hi, I'm still facing this issue most of the time (It works occasionally for some reason). Detailed Navlog is already on by default for me but I still can't get it to work. Any solutions?

Hi,

I'm having trouble trying to import flight plans into the FMS using the F-PLN Request function in the INIT page. After pressing the button, it becomes "REQUEST PENDING" for a few seconds before reverting back to "CPNY F-PLN REQUEST", indicating that the flight plan was not fetched.

The OIS's FLT OPS STS & Loadsheet works perfectly fetching data from SimBrief but not the FMS.

Also note that this doesn't happen all the time but still happens most of the time. The FMS manages to request the flight plan successfully occasionally although I did not change anything. This seems to randomly happen.

I just had the similar problem today, loading for a flightplan from OKKK (Kuwait) to LTBJ. Because Kuwait had changed their ICAO from OKBK to OKKK I had some trouble getting together an original fp and could not enter anything from Simbrief, just at the FLT OPS STS and the LOAD SHEET. In the INIT it showed me not "FROM"TO", more like "CPNY RTE" both ICAOs side by side, nothing more, no flight nr. Even the datas on the other pages were not loadable.

The import of the OFP and Loading data is no issue.  However the FMS/Init page shows only a greyed out FP request.  This happens regardless of the APU/GPU initial state.  Is this by design?  Also, is there a config file for the initial state of the aircraft?  I appreciate any help regarding these issues—thanks
