I still logged in on Navigraph because I think you still need it for the up to date airac and OANS (which is working for me).

Try to log out and log in with a new code again?

It's the terminal charts that are not working tho, they are already aware of that!

 Hello...A350 MSFS 2020….  All my controls stop working while taxiing (mouse, joystick, brakes etc.)..the plane continues rolling until it drives into the car park.. I've tried three times with the same result..

It makes sense. Tried a flight now without Navigraph data and no freezes.

I quess they need to slap a inop sticker und that video button asap 😄 

Im going to try later today... i really hope it works. 

Can confirm that pushing the "Video" button caused the issue on my first testflight today

After completing my flight, I pressed the video button, and the entire aircraft froze.

MSFS 2024 SU1 Beta - no Navigraph.

Just encountered this issue for the second time after using my physical keyboard to enter data into the Notepad. Was this airplane really ready to be released? I'm very frustrated that I can't even get 1 flight out of this plane.

what if you don't use the physical keyboard then until they fixed it? did 3 flight and no problems, not hitting any video button and not using the physical keyboard

Same issues for me after launching the A350 onto airport changing cockpit view and accessing to the tablet i got a white screen and then nothing more to do MSFS2024 got completely frozen and must quite thru task manager, just outrageous given the price of this add-on!

Same problem here...9 hrs in. When it happened, I started regretting the purchase. It happened with the clickable "video"-button. 

Today I bought the plane, but I couldn't made it to work.

Landing gear is retracted and screens are black.

I can't start batteries. Also can't connect external GPU.

It's like the plane was not initializated.

Mi Wasm carpet is clean, just only contains a subfolder "work" which is empty.

I tried uninstall and reinstall the plane and restarting CPU without exit.

I sent a ticket and I'm waiting for response.

MSFS2024 SU1 Beta, Inibuilds A350 v.1.0.1.

Really annoying.

Happened to me too. Long Haul from KBOS to VHHH. Just before TOD. I did everything and couldn't restore it. I could go to the tablet, but all other screens and controls were frozen. I had to quit. And now I remember clicking the "video" button. Being the "Curious Joe" that I am, I couldn't resist that "temptation" lol. But I never linked the two events because I didn't immediately notice the freeze.

Good to know the reason because I was afraid of doing any other flight

In the last 10 minutes of my 9 hour flight I had same issue when deleting a route discontinuity. All screens froze and lost all functionality of the aircraft. Same issue still present in version 1.0.1 and had cleared the WASM before commencing flight.

Hi, I just did a long haul (LPPT-FIMP) (aprox 11h flight) and before the decent I went to select the app when i did so I saw the temp, flight plan, it had lots of routes and then everything froze. I couldn't turn APU, Control the Trotle operate falps gear and speed brakes. I hope you are able to solve this problem 🫤.

Yep same, WASM crash. Even after the most recent update.

 

I'm on the latest update, MSFS2020, and have had the same error occur twice. 

Same thing for me.  Latest update ,WASM folder emptied.  Was in the process of creating a runway change for arrival when all displays freeze.  How did this product get out of the door in this state?

 

 

Mine won't even start in 2024. Takes forever to get to start flight screen then comes up with OIS error on the EFB then freezes. I have uninstalled 5 times, cleared the WASM and deleted every file I can find for A350 before the latest reinstall, but still exactly the same. It seems to work in 2020, but the whole purpose of the purchase was to have a decent aircraft in 2024. Not happy. I have wasted an awful lot of time with this and am considering asking for a refund unless someone can come up with a fix.

FS2020, Aircraft Version 1.0.1, happened twice, each time while changing the runway and approach due to ATC. (No video button, no physical keyboard involved.) The following post seems to describe a mitigation but I honestly cannot understand the wording chosen by the author.

If somebody were able to re-phrase that for me, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Otherwise great plane, running surprisingly well on my lower-medium (or probably worse) rig.

I just had this issue for the first time in MSFS2020, just as I arrived at the gate after a 9h flight. This is my first flight on the new update after following the steps of deleting the WASM folder mentioned in the update notes. Screens are frozen apart from the EFB, buttons can be interacted with but do not have any effect. I was about to go through with shutting down the plane but turning off the master switches do nothing.

I also have to report an issue with frozen cockpit in A350-1000 MSFS2020 with BA Livery from iniBuild Manager. To me it happens (reproducibly) when I activate the C/L page. The cursors in the lower display (X or O ) remain in their position and nothing in the cockpit working except the OIS. 

I did uninstall completely and installed new.

managed to do three flights today without freezing.
