drunkpilot11 Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 (edited) no matter what i change AIR packs on/off, runway length, different config. flaps, anti-ice on all or change the weight of the plane in the EFB it always comes up with a flex temp of 59 anyone else have this issue? cbgonzalez Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 I have the same impression, never seen a flex different from 59 degrees C.
Deleted Account Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 I have seen plenty of other temperatures or TOGA takeoff calculations from the EFB. Most of the times the A310 wont be Runway limited, so Flex 59 will be the most common one you see
b3lt3r Posted December 4, 2022 Posted December 4, 2022 Couple of times I've seen 57 but almost at the point of pre-dialing 59 because it's a safe bet 🙂
Aburek Posted December 4, 2022 Posted December 4, 2022 I have access to an actual APS program for the A300/A310. Side by side they only differ a few degrees. My company limits to 54 I believe but the difference is only a few tenths of percent.
