  1. Hi All, I've done four flights in the A340 now and on each occasion the take off calculator has given me the error "UNABLE TO FIND SAFE PERFORMANCE DATA". All takeoffs have been from major airports, EGLL, KCLT, KLAX and EDDM at moderate weights. In this instance, I'm AT KLCT trying to get it to give me take off performance for a flight to EDDM. Using the SimBrief take off calculator works fine - But the EFB one doesn't seem to work. Does anybody have it working or any suggestions?
  2. Yeah I just noticed this too. Why would it call boarding / loading first....and then catering and refueling? Never seen an airline load the passengers and then open the doors to load catering!! Can we get this fixed in the next update please IniBuilds?
  3. Would be nice to get some kind of comment from @IniSteve, @iniBuilds Team @iniBuilds Pablo or anybody else from inibuilds on this. It is effecting so many of us and there really has been ZERO communications or support offered. There are multiple forum threads abou the issue which has been very well reported for months (since SU4 Beta arrvied). Is this just going to be one of those issues thats easier to ignore than address?
  4. Hi Eddie, Hows that closer look going? This is a pretty simple thing to replicate it would seem.
  5. Yeah, starting at the gate is a work around but not a fix to the problem.
  6. Steve this was reported by a number of members throughout the SU4 Beta period. The solution (as far as I know) was to always start cold and dark at the gate .. and even it didn't always work.
  7. Does anybody know if this may be a WW SimAppPro issue or an issue with the way inibuilds is making the data available to SimAppPro? I have the same problem and REALLY REALLY REALLY want to just be able to use Spad.Next or Mobiflight to display the MCDU screen as opposed to having to use SimAppPro. Can we get a comment on this from anybody at iniBuilds?
  8. @EddieThis issue has been fairly widely reported during the SU4 beta....... you should have been investigating months ago. 'I'm rebuilding my sim this week so can't provide you the crash log but I doubt there will be any shortage of people experiencing it.
  9. This has been reported a number of times during SU4Beta and discussed in various forums. The response from people during the beta was, predictably "its a Beta - expect issues". Unsurprisingly, its now a problem for everybody....
  10. Hi, I understand that at the moment the MCDU display data is only available to SimAppPro. I'm not sure how the protocols for this display work, but please please please consider opening the API to allow this data to be read by other apps like SPAD.Next or Moboflight. These apps are the backbone of a number of sim setups, particualary for simmers operating a lot of complex hardware. The current implementation (in 1.0.5) is buggy to say the least and the SimApp Pro applicaiton UI itself is...well, garbage.
  11. Another vote for this. Excellent idea.
  12. Yeah that was my point above - THe current SU build is the actual release version. So looks like iniBuilds have some work to do or spawning at the gate C&D is going to be the only way to load this thing.
  13. Its kind of an insult to all your work that nobody from iniBuilds so much as acknowledges these threads....
  14. Well with SU4 releasing this week it might quickly become an ini issue.
  15. Am I correct in understanding that whilst iniBuilds intergrated GSX into the EFB, they didn't actually include a GSX profile that includes relevent load points? I.e. the catering points for doors?
  16. Hi All, Can anybody confirm if there is a way to move/slide/remove the pilot seats in the A340? Running a triple monitor setup, to get the correct zoom level you need to move the pilots eye view a little further to the rear and unfortunatly the seat headrest is in the way. In the A350 and the Fenix airbuses the seat can slide backwards, but I don't see a way to do this in the A340? Can anybody confirm if there is a way to make it disappear or slide? Seems odd that iniBuilds would model the toilet flushing sound but not the pilot seats....perhaps thats a sign of the level of professionalism the product is pitched at. Cheers
  17. I purchased the product today. Since buying it, I've been able to load it twice without getting a WASM crash. Since then, every load (now up to 11) has resulted in a crash. Tried clearing the WASM cache - makes no difference. What. A. F^#%@k. Joke.
  18. Hi IniBuilds, Just purchased the A340 (v1.0.5) and was a little disappointed to find that the captain and first officer seats don't slide as they do in the Fenix A320 and FBW A320 (and I think also the iniBuilds A350). Whlist this may seem like the worlds smallest gripe, the problem is for those of us with triple monitor setups, we sometimes have to set the pilot view point quite a far way back and then zoom in to get a proper perspective. The problem can sometimes be gotten around in aircraft with seats that don't move (like the PMDG 777) as the viewpoint can be moved inside the headrest. But for some reason in this A340 the headrest is a solid object and can't be entered. I realise this is a minor issue in the big scheme of things, but is there any chance you could model either the removal of the seats (like PMDG do in their 737) or slide the seats like Fenix and FBW do in their Airbuses? Thanks
