This is intended, the liveries are made for the next version of the large update.

Will Overhead Panel height and Slope Be Fixed???
foliainfx replied to ykeyre's topic in Modelling & Texturing
They will revisit the art in the future. For the cockpit model: "We are getting awaiting new measurements to valid or invalid the current measurements that we currently have." (from earlier this week) -
As said in the newsletter there will be a large update in June, after this they will slow down development (it keeps getting updated) for other projects, so updates will be slower.

The liveries are updated for the next update already.

@EddieIs it possible to get this in the large update? It affects images of the ini 350 quite a lot.

Generally, I wouldn't really report bugs with sim betas as they can't be expected to work fine with addons.
-
Correction: I don't know how I got this confused as it's fully unrelated. On the HYD page the triangle above GREEN and YELLOW should be a lot bigger, there should be no XX on the HYD page related to IRS alignment.

Maybe y'all can try and implement it and let the community decide what they think is better, or offer it as an optional download or something.

As I said it's unlikely because it's simply not possible.

The specific direction into what wiper is leaning into what direction is airframe dependent, but the general seperation and leaning of a single wiper towards a window is seen across many aircraft.

Essentially, iniBuilds develops aircraft, publish them and rely on the income of that to pay their developers, artists, whatever there is, that has to not only cover the development cost but put money towards further projects as well as cover costs like electricity, water, stuff for the office, etc. FBW on the other hand are 1. a freeware and 2. an open source project. Then iniBuilds and FBW definitely have a different operating structure and workflow just bringing chaos to it.

In the iniBuilds the overhead panel seems to be more of a gray instead of blue. Can this be reviewed please?

I would like to add to this: irl screws are sometimes fully white and partly white (as seen in the pictures above), it would be nice to have this included in the sim as well.

Due to wear buttons get a different look since some get used more (BAT buttons, EXT PWR) and some less (emergency related buttons).

In the ini A350 the wipers seem to be sort of leading up to eachother to meet at the top (I hope you get what I mean). With the real A350 the keep a seperation with the distance getting larger towards the top, while one wiper usually tends to lean more towards a window.

The A350 has an indium tin oxide (ITO) coating. Due to this coating, you get something called "thin film intereference", this thin film interference is also what you see with oil on streets or on butterflies with a blue patch. So, as with oil, you get this "rainbow" (very mixed and vibrant) looking color on the windows. It would be great to have this modeled as in the iniBuilds A3505 the windows are very empty, see through, bland and blue, and because of that look unrealistic. I've also attached a reference on how this looks like on the Fenix and PMDG (777) in sim.

IniBuilds decidede to include a more realistic/standard state, but in the real A350 the FCU ALT inclines are 100ft instead of 1000ft to prevent high altitude differences (5000ft input, vibration causes 5100ft instead of 6000ft, minimal discrepancy) caused by turbulence and regular vibrations in the cockpit. Also, if possible it would be nice to have the integ lights darker as they are always maxed out instead of something more in the middle or lower end.

In the iniBuilds A350 the ADS-C always shows CONNECTED even with no ATC connected. The default state however is "ARMED".
