Sure, I understand that some users report acceptable performance, and that's great, but many of us clearly don’t. Just look at your own community feedback—this isn’t just me. No other aircraft in my sim causes this level of frustration. Almost every flight ends with some issue that prevents me from completing it.
The A350 has real potential, but at this point, everything else around it feels mismanaged. I get that this is a business and money needs to be made, but your paying customers deserve better than being ignored. I've repeatedly offered to help troubleshoot and provide data, and still—nothing.
I'm honestly reaching the end of my patience here. I just want the aircraft to be flyable and supported properly, like any other premium add-on.
Not expecting much, but I hope someone takes notice...

Thank you for your feedback, I appropriate your frustrated and I do apologies if you are. Just to clear up one matter, when we forward onto the team, this does go straight to the development team and the decision makers via our channels of communicate. I personally report back from the community and the issues that need sorting and keep banging the drum if needed. If there is anything you need please do contact me. We do take matter very seriously and constantly trying to improve the product. Some of which are our issues and some are MSFS which we have to work with and the updates as they come along. I am sorry to hear you cannot complete a flight and I would like to know how best to help you because many user are completing flights, +19 hours etc. I assume you have done the steps for-mentioned in the community to ensure a smoother flight experience?

1. Start with a fresh community folder, rename in community 2 and start the sim (you may have to point MSFS over to your custom folder location if you have made on)
2. Reinstall the aircraft
3. Delete your WASM folder.
4. Start with no other mods in the community folder

However, paid cabin packs? Which basically just contain a differently modeled cabin? Sure, it still requires work which needs to be compensated, but I strongly believe that asking for 12 EUR is way more than these things should be priced for. If it had costed half, so let's say 6 EUR, I would have even considered giving it to you, but this is too much.
Please, turn away from these money hungry ideas. You have built a very nice reputation in the flight sim community, and in my humble opinion, this is not the step in the right direction.

Yes, via the Beyond ATC settings. Or check your volume mixer on your PC. Its not an A350 setting.

I just had very strange problems with the A330 in MSFS 2024, when I tried to start a flight at the gate and chose the panel state "on APU":
- The engines were "half running": EPR was 1.002, N3 = 30.8, N1 = 6.5, N1 = 14.9, from the outside the engine souded like they were running (and they looked like the nacelles were spinning), from the cockpit I got the engine start sounds all the time. All this while the starter switch was in the OFF position.
- Engines could be started "normally" then. However, while being pushed by GSX (as many times before), an MSFS message "aircraft malfunction - gear system" showed up. I had to set more than 50% N1 to be able to move on the ground.
- The scrachpad of the FMGC did NOT clear, when I inserted values into any LSK. For example, when I typed in "18.1" for the fuel quantity and entered it into the R LSK 2 of the init B page, it accepted the value, but "18.1" was still shown on the scratchpad and had to be cleared every time when I wanted to enter something else. Guess what fun it is to enter a longer flight plan 😛
- Fuel consumption in flight is WAY!! too high. I can't say, wheather 6000 kg/h per engine is wrong in climb, but the estimated fuel on arrival decreased by 0.1 every 10-20 seconds of flight.
- In flight the TCAS reported "climb", and showed a green positive and red negativ scale of the variometer, but the ND didn't show any traffic at all. The TCAS remained stuck in exactly this stage for the rest of the flight (before I cancelled).
- The throttle detents don't represent the set "null zones" in the calibration system of the EFB. Last time I flew it (days ago), they were completely fine.
- FPS dropped extremely (!) while climbing and became a slide show from time to time, with no addon scenery used there. 10 minutes prior (Departure in LEMD / LVFR) and FSLTL traffic models, there was no problem with that.
All this just happened out of nothing now! Restarting the sim, or reloading the aircraft doesn't change anything. And even the other panel states are messed up. Extremely strange. Have you got an idea, what could be wrong here?

If the spoilers are extending fully then no that is not. I can suggest looking at your key bindings to make sure there isnt a conflict and deleting your WASM folder.
