Originally, that multi-jetway tool was installed and working, the aircraft doors were reachable but GSX Pro didn't detect the docked jetways. I uninstalled the multi-jetway tool to let GSX handle the jetways as it used to, but the jetways simply don't animate; they're dead. However, I'm going to keep the multi-jetway tool installed and wait for updates; in the meantime, I'm stuck with a disappointing experience.

Uninstalled "Multi-Jetways" for iniBuilds OMDB and GPX Pro still not handling jetways as in the past. What to do for resolving this?

If I uninstall all the "multi-jetways" from the iniBuilds airports, then GSX Pro will work with the jetways, correct?

My bad luck with the Ini KORD continues; I’ve just discovered that Gate C18 doesn't work at all, and to top it off, the jetway at Gate K5 is chopped into pieces and even then, it doesn't connect to the aircraft door. Just great!

That sounds better. I don't have the A220 until it becomes available directly from IniBuilds instead of Marketplace, anyway. I don't like Laptop never fun with. I have desktop tower pc machine and large monitor screen. I want to see the cockpit without eye-loupe (lol). Pat

Try Gates G8 and G4 for testing jetways. Most of them don't work, but I got lucky and found the Gate G2 worked. Using the IniBuilds 350 in KORD. Pat

Can you show your graphics settings? Also, what's your VRAM amount installed in your PC machine?

Do you have the IniBuilds A220 selected in GSX Pro Config page? If so, deselect it and try again. Also, you need 32GB VRAM. Pat

The jetways do not work with the IniBuilds KORD scenery, regardless of the aircraft used. Please fix this issue as soon as possible! It is impossible to enjoy MSFS 2024 this way. Pat

I understand now—so don't waste any more time. That sounds like trying to fly a plane using a mobile phone (lol). Sorry, but aircraft designed recently for MSFS are more demanding than you might think; you need a decent computer to get a good experience. By the way, the settings I recommended earlier literally won't work for you. Pat

Ladys and gentleman, try again with the "Community" folder empty, except for the in-game aircraft. If it works, copy the next item or a small group of them into the "Community" folder and continue testing. That way, you'll eventually track down the culprit. That’s just my humble opinion. Pat

If you have GSX Pro try in Config to disable the plane in question.

I learned the IniBuilds A220 launched with quite a few issues, but I don't understand why sales were authorized; it supposedly should have passed testing beforehand. Please let us know when the A220 is actually ready to fly—rather than ready for repairs—so I can buy it. Pat

I have the same pax issue with IniBuilds A350-900 in msfs2024. Today I updated the A350 and still. Only enter un passenger but curiously after landed, large number of passengers appear in the cabin ready to deboard. Pat

Loaded IniBuilds A-350-900 in msfs2024 and parked in PANC Gate B-3 Heavy and I enter 254 pax in the MCDU but GSX only shows 1/1 passengers boarded instead. How to remedy? Pat
