It is mostly dead, yeah. You can try to contact direct support and see if they can somehow squeeze you in; but its not likely.

It actually wouldn't be the first time, that a 3rd party livery caused issues. Would be good to know which livery it is, so that we maybe can fix the issue in the future 🙂

Mmh, sorry to hear that 😞 But yeah, our developers looked over it again and they said the sound is as they would expect it. I don't think there will be any error in your sound set, but maybe try a reinstall just to make sure?

In the first video maybe.. but that could be down to angles. As long as we don't see the base of the yoke and how it is positioned I'm afraid it would be vague at best. Sorry.

I wanna say that this yoke position is only possible when the plane is on the ground and powered off and not during flight. I spoke with the team and they are not aware of any way to uncouple the yoke from the elevator, so this position would lead to an instant nosedive.
If you have any pictures like this during cruise though, I'll take my words back 😄
