  3. Thanks for your feedback.

At the moment, there are some limitations with multi-radio setups with active and non-active frequencies and the volumes, so its not possible, but certainly something that can be looked at in future.

  5. Hello all,

I hope you all had a fantastic holiday season, and are enjoying a fantastic 2023 🙂

At iniBuilds we have been super busy, and have lots to update you on.

Many products have received updates in the past few months including EGLL, KLAX and the P-40F. We note an issue in KLAX for texture resolution for some terminals and this will be resolved this week, or next!

Currently, KDTW & NFFN are waiting to be processed by the Microsoft Marketplace place, and we hope they will be available to you all soon.

Today, we are super excited to officially announce iniScene Oklahoma City for Microsoft Flight Simulator! Yee-haw! 🏇

Yee-haw! Fly to the state of cowboys!

Oklahoma City Airportformally known as Will Rogers World Airport is located 6 miles southwest of the city's downtown area. It is the busiest commercial airport in the state of Oklahoma, and in 2019, the airport handled nearly 4.5 million passengers! For those Southwest lovers, you are lucky, as they carried the most passengers to this airport with a market share of nearly 48% as of April 2022. The airport serves all major US carriers, whilst also having a strong cargo presence with Fedex and UPS serving many destinations!

    image.png

Based off of Xometry's rendition of the airport we have significantly elevated this airport for Microsoft Flight simulator, making this airport another fantastic US destination for your flights! We attach some pictures for you to have a look at the airport!

    image.png

    image.png

    image.png

    image.png

As you can expect with all iniBuilds airports, you will have the following features:

    • Fully modelled interior
    • Up to date airport and terminal layout
    • HD textures
    • 3D people models
    • Detailed jetways
    • Correct airline parking allocations
    • Fully modelled landside
    • Custom taxi signs

but also some cool unique details that are present at this airport. As you can see above the airport has numerous oil-wells present on the airfield, and there are all faithfully modelled and animated!

    image.png

    image.png

We have also gone to extreme detail within the terminal! We have hand-drawn the unique art that is showcased on the terminal floor... In addition, the glass inside the terminal, is adorned with these beautiful symbols which we have also ensured is faithfully represented in our rendition of the airport.

We hope you are excited by what you see, and if not 😉 we have a trailer showcasing the airport in action here:

We expect release to be sometime in February, and we hope you will discover the state of the cowboys with this airport, in Microsoft Flight Simulator!

    iBlueYonder KDAL Update

The excitement is real for this airport! 😉 On most of our social media posts, folks are asking for an update for this airport. So we reached out to Bill and he told us he is working super hard to bring you this airport as soon as he can, but works of art take time 😁

However, we have two pics showcasing some of the fantastic details that have been worked on since the last update.

We hope you enjoyed reading this update, and have a fantastic rest of your week! 🥳

  6. Willkommen zur Taifun! 🔥

    image.png

In November of 2022, we released the iniBuilds P-40F WarHawk. We had a fantastic time developing this aircraft, and learnt a lot about what you, our customers like / don't like for these types of aircraft, and have since made 5 updates to that product. We note some further feedback on the P-40F with numerous updates planned in 2023!

Today, we are super pleased to announce the introduction to our second aircraft in this category of planes - the iniBuilds Bf108 Taifun for Microsoft Flight Simulator! ✈️

    image.png

The Bf108 Taifun, developed by Messerschmitt it was a German single-engine sport aircraft that was first introduced in 1935! With 885 aircraft built, it was used by various operators all around the world - from Germany to Japan!

    image.png

We have spent a long time curating this aircraft with all the bells and whistles, we know you all enjoy!

This aircraft utilises the latest in Microsoft Flight Simulator's CFD technology on all primary and control flight surfaces as well as the propeller. Furthermore, we have modelled some very specific, unique characteristics of this aircraft; the Bf108 has some very cool handling capabilities including the use of its leading edge slats which allows it to land as slow as 45 knots! We have modelled details such as this enabling a true to life and dynamic STOL performance envelope!

    image.png

In addition to this we have fully modelled the authentic fuel system using the latest Version 4 of the simulators 'modern fuel system'. Customers will be able to enjoy a fully authentic experience of the Argus As10 engine, derived from original German manuals and real world recordings of this historic engine.

    image.png

A personal favourite feature of this aircraft for us, is all the interactive points available to you. From foldable wings, which was very helpful for storing the aircraft, to doors and stowage compartments, you will have a lot to explore in the Typhoon!

    image.png

These will all be available to toggle on/off via the iniBuilds EFB available in all of our aircraft. As you can see above we have even more features!

    image.png

We have two sets of gauges and panel text available for you to choose in the EFB - from German to English panel text and two suites of gauges, including both authentic Metric to Imperial!

    image.png

As mentioned earlier, this aircraft flew all around the world, and we have you covered with 10 4K liveries from all regions of the world, in addition to numerous rain covers, depending on what style you are feeling after you finish your flight! All selections made from the EFB, will be saved for your next flight, for that added level of immersion!

We hope you are excited for this aircraft that will be releasing this month! A trailer will release on Friday 10th Feb 2023 followed by some media streams, so you can see this aircraft in action, with release soon after.

I leave you with a full features list, and some more images of the iniBuilds Bf108 Taifun for Microsoft Flight Simulator!

  7. v2.06 of the iniManager has been released. This update contains a number of bug fixes.

This update will be downloaded automatically when you launch the app or you can manually download it here.

    v2.06

    - Fixed minor issues regarding scenery configuration
    - Fixed issue preventing uninstallation of scenery

  8. Hello,

The team are using base core sim systems to re-create this aircraft. There are limitations in this current system, and we are aware Asobo are enhancing this core system; once that is complete, we will adjust this system.

Some of our products use custom solutions, whilst other's don't, and rely on core sim. The P-40F is one of those that rely on core sim.

  9. 8 hours ago, ThunderBlaze said:

Good morning from Germany.  I was one of the many looking forward to the A310.  I want to be honest though, I'm disappointed with the release.

    1. The problem with the Simbrief request (pending).

    2. The many totally confused errors that appear in flight.  Most in the Descent.

    3. the blatant FPS (unacceptable).

    4. Patch in the beta version?!  Why?!

I would have wished if you had released the plane as payware.  External from MSFS.  Maybe there would not have been some problems.  It's all very unfortunate.

In this sense, a great weekend.

I would recommend you opt into the beta. All of these are resolved for most.

A release of this magnitude will always uncover some bugs that we do not see during testing, due to the sheer amount of people testing the aircraft. Whether, with Microsoft or not, it would have been a similar process.

RE getting updates via beta branch, I am sure the fixes will come to the main branch soon.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    Microsoft/iniBuilds A310

    image.jpeg

We are glad to see so many of you enjoying this product and the fixes we have made that are currently available in the Microsoft Flight Simulator Beta Update 1.29.30.

A few of you have asked if they can get an updated product, without opting into the beta - sadly this is not possible.

As mentioned before, we will continue to make bug fixes and improvements to this product. To give you a flavour of some of the things the team are working on, these include and are not limited to:

    - Lights rework for taxi and nav lights
    - In-sim ATC comms working correctly
    - Bug reports
    - Performance optimisation where we can!
    - Sounds review

Those in the latest beta, confirm an improvement in FPS, however, having said that, we will continue to optimize this product, along with fixing as many bugs as we can, and providing more refined functionality! Thank you for your patience with us on this.

We would once again, like to thank Microsoft & Asobo, for providing the community this product for free, and we are humbled to see so many of you enjoy this product!

    iniBuilds P-40F WarHawk

We announced our first product for this type of aircraft category in early November 2022 and folks who attended the Leylstad Airshow had the opportunity to try the product in person! We received amazing feedback on the product, and have been continuing to make this a very good first launch for you all! You can check out the trailer below.

Today I would like to share  how our product launch and post-release patches will work.

    image.png

On release, which we are aiming to be sometime next week, we will have the following features:

    • Utilizing the latest in CFD implementation from Microsoft in aspects of flight including the primary flight surfaces, control surfaces and the propeller
    • Authentically modelled Merlin engine, delivering true to life performance, curated with empirical evidence from pilots rated on type.

    image.png

Post-Release Patch 1 (shortly after release of V1):

    • Bug fixing from initial release
    • EFB Phase 2. We would like to integrate basic route planning into the EFB for those users who wish to fly this plane A-B in a more modern style. You will be able to do appropriate planning 'on the fly' being able to enter in a new destination airport via the EFB and give you all necessary information

    Future Roadmap

    So what's next? 😉

We have a very busy 2023, and are working on super cool projects. Not much we can say for now, but we know you will love some of the aircraft we are working on.

What I can say is following so much positivity and interest in the A310, I am pleased to confirm we will be releasing the A300-600F aircraft in 2023 (independent release). 🥳

We are doing a completely new exterior 3D model for Microsoft Flight Simulator, so as things progress, we will update you closer to the time of release!

  12. Hello all,

I hope you are all well and have been enjoying our products from sceneries to aircraft; including the free Airbus A310 now available in Microsoft Flight Simulator as part of the 40th anniversary (many thanks again to Microsoft & Asobo).

We are committed to updating the A310, and have sent a new version today, and you should see this version very soon.

We are super excited to announce our latest scenery, the international mega-hub: iniScene Detroit Metro Wayne County for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Welcome to Motown - perfect for the upcoming winter season 😉 🌨️

Detroit Metro Airport is a major international airport in the United States in the state of Michigan. It is the primary international airport of the state; being a major hub for Delta airlines, and a base for Spirit Airlines. Detroit serves as Delta's main gateway to Asia for the Eastern United States, with the airport serving 30 international destinations and serving 39 states across the US.

    image.png

Detroit has been a fantastic project for us, taking our scenery development to the next level and learning from the fantastic release of iniScene Los Angeles (KLAX) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

    image.png

Some of the big takeaways were proper jetway connections to the terminal, and that has been a key focus for us on this project (as you can see above), of course ensuring we are providing our usual selection of high quality offerings such as custom GSE, custom taxi signs and many high quality textures in many areas.

I post some more pictures of the product below for you guys to take a look! 🥳

    image.png

    image.png

As part of our commitment, to our customers earlier in the year, with each scenery we release we want to push the boundaries in the features we are providing.

    image.png

    image.png

In this product you will find not only the normal features of our airports, but also the animated train in the main McNamara terminal, the Laminar fountain fully animated, and some cool GSE de-icing statics! Do not worry, these will all be options, and be able to be toggled on/off.. more on this later in this post 😉 To check these features out be sure to check them out in action in our trailer here:

We hope you will enjoy this product, and we will be sure to notify you on social media, and our forum when it is available to purchase.

    iniScene EGLL & KLAX Update

As we continue developing new products we will always go back and update our previous products. Since releasing KLAX in October, we have pushed 4 updates, and are planning another update very soon. One of them being a more performance friendly version, for those struggling with performance.

For EGLL, we are completely re-working some of T5, and other areas of the airport namely the ground poly, performance and some textures to bring them in line with LAX and DTW.

    Before:

    After:

    image.png

    iniManager Scenery Options

Following feedback from LAX, we noted the community want to be able to customize their sceneries to their liking. As part of our commitment to always provide you with the best experiences, we have now added such functionality within the iniManager.

    image.png

You can see above options such as Static Aircraft, people and winter equipment being options in addition to varying levels of texture quality, to be able to provide you with the best performance possible.

This functionality will also be coming to our mega-hubs of KLAX and EGLL.

Please note you will only access to these configuration options if you have purchased our products via the iniBuilds Store, and use the iniManager. If you wish to transfer your order to us, to make use of this functionality please fill out the information here: forms.inibuilds.com/order-transfer

We hope you are excited for KDTW and our other scenery updates, and we wish our customers in the US and those celebrating a very pleasant Thanksgiving holidays!

    Many thanks and kind regards,
    iniBuilds Team
