Welcome to the forum! Have you installed our dynamic light effect library?

Could you attach a picture of your GSX customization menu? You can view this menu by loading into the scenery at the stand that should have jetway. After that, open the GSX menu by pressing "Control + F12". Once that menu opens up, look for the very bottom option that mentions a customization menu and click it. This will open a white box, please send us a screenshot of this box.

Hello. Thanks for confirming. These liveries (PMDG, CaptainSim, and QualityWings) are only for Prepar3D. They are all developed for use with PBR models, this is why they are showing up as black in sim. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hello John. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This livery has been updated to include a .qwl file that can be installed via the QW787 Dispatch application.

The GSX menu is indicating /J which means the default, Control+J jetways that come with the scenery are still being loaded in. Could you confirm you have deleted the required files and installed the include exclude file per the readme?

Hello! Welcome to the forum. All of our dynamic lighting profiles work in the latest version of Prepar3D, just be sure to install our Dynamic Lighting Effect Library: inibuilds.com/dynamic-lighting.
