  1. @Dravman91 oh... uhm.. im not sure then.. i never tested the workaround that @IniJamir advised because i disabled the stairs with the jetways present. Anybody else have any ideas? Hey @IniJamir any further explanation with the workaround please? EDIT: maybe it has to do with the door assignments in the airplane settings door 1 and door 2?? I saw a post here earlier referencing the door nomenclature, maybe thats it.. see this post at the bottom under the developers section.. it should not be something the average user (ie. me) should have to dig into, but if you know about GSX and understand what the differences in the door 1 and door 2 etc (i sadly do not understand this logic)..
  2. @Dravman91 Hello Drav, not sure if this might help but it solved the problem for me. Go into your GSX settings from the GSX main menu and check the selection next to "disable rear stairs if jetway". That worked for me.
  3. Hi Jamir What do I do to "call GSX"? Are you referring to "request boarding"? Thx John Nesbit
  4. i hate to jinx myself, but.. its working for me.. still so far..
  5. Hi everyone... Just got a response in my troubleshooting support ticket from Inibuilds They are telling me they are investigating the issue to see if they can patch it on their side... Happy Friday, sounds to me like they are working on it I hope everyone gets into their inimanagers and that we get a permanent fix soon.
  6. UPDATE for me... (and I updated my support ticket as well) The temp fix for me with turning off the advanced security on the xfinity ISP settings worked. My son was able to check and has access into the inimanger now. But the issue still needs resolving on inibuilds side.. the temp fix works though
  7. Did you get it fixed?
  8. now i understand why the comment you made earlier about your ISP provider vs your employer... And the jury is still out with me as I cannot deny nor confirm yet if turning off the xfinity ISP advanced security actually worked for me. I have faith that Ini should find that solution, Discord (besides us here) is blowing up with this issue as well and they (Inibuilds) is acknowledging and working on it..
  9. @PeterZ KCLE EDDN it must be hit or miss.. earlier this morning i allowed the inimanager.exe through the windows defender firewall and that did not work for me either. You go into your START --> SETTINGS --> PRVACY AND SECURITY --> WINDOWS SECURITY --> FIREWALL & NETWORK PROTECTION --> ALLOW AN APP THROUGH FIREWALL. But that did not work for me nor @Schaf You need to get into your ISP settings and turn off your advanced security.. I dont know how to do that except for xfinity here in the USA. Again I think that is only going to be a temp fix though until the inibuilds team can grasp what is going on in the background
  10. UPDATE over in the discord channel lots of discussion on the same issue, seems that if you can get into your internet settings and turn off your internet security all works. This im sure would be a temp workaround though until the team can resolve the issue surrounding the security certificates. I verified through my ISP (xfinity in the USA) that they were blocking access to the inimanager and I turned off the advanced security, however I am waiting until myself or my son can get into my computer to check to see if it worked.. I will update when I find out..
  11. My ex-wife did not like that i had so much patience, she eventually would end up telling me that i had the patience of a dead cow.. 😁
  12. as they sometimes say, lets just hurry up and wait..
  13. Ooops... Well Im in the wrong business HAHA I should have picked up on the tech bandwagon years ago! Im not getting any error such as that, just not getting past the login screen on the inimanager. So Im assuming is that something inibuilds can resolve? Atleast with all this information thats being provided... Its Friday, Im feeling positive, it will be resolved by the time i get home from work.. :)
  14. Im starting to think that you might be right. Except Im able to use the same ISP to talk on these forums and shop in the inibuilds store website both on my phone and on my pc. So maybe its not an ISP issue and maybe its not a windows issue. If noone else were having this problem I would believe it was a "my computer" issue.. 🤣
  15. Hello Also if this helps (and I have added this to my support ticket as well now since it could be relevant) I am able to logon using my ISP on my computer google chrome (same PC as has installed inimanager) to the inibuilds website, these forums and i was able to purchase through the website some sceneries without any problem. I am also able to logon to the website and these forums on my phone using the wifi connection to my ISP at home but on my phone I dont have inimanager so I cannot discern if it works on my phone or not. I still cannot logon into the inimanager. Two days ago (before the windows update that was pushed through) I had no issues, after the windows update I could not open the inimanager and then I reinstalled the inimanager and cleared all the files within the appdata folders (this was troubleshooting from the other forum post i mentioned above) and on reinstall, i could not logon. Same issue persists this morning. @Schaf Thats really good info there. I hope inibuilds (or someone) can sort this out. If I hear anything back I will post here as it is still quite early in this Friday AM here on the west coast of the US and nothing is open yet😄
