I would suggest moving them all out and having just Queenstown in the folder to see if you still get the crash. Cheers.

Hi @pilotskcx, Do you have many other third-party add-ons in your community folder? If so, please try moving them out temporarily and then trying to just load Queenstown. Cheers.

Hi @Jasenzed, This issue is awfully frustrating for us since we can't test our products on Xbox and see if we can find a resolution ourselves. I've reached out directly to Asobo to attempt to prompt a resolution out of them as soon as possible since this issue is a hindrance for both me and you, I'd imagine. The issue at hand is the fact that Asobo has a handcrafted custom version of NZQN that they've made impossible to disable, if this could be disabled the issue would be solved, but we again have no way of ensuring this to be impossible since we can't test our scenery on Xbox - and this doesn't occur for all users either, however has been reported to us more prominently since the latest sim update. If I hear anything back regarding a solution or a fix coming you'll be informed as soon as I know. Cheers.

Hello @Jasenzed, It's a bit of a tight spot for us as there is no way to disable the default Asobo content such as NZQN on Xbox. This issue seems to only have come through in SU7 for some users. Could you attempt to re-install the scenery in hopes that it will get automatically re-layered in the hierarchy and be given priority over the default scenery. Cheers.

Okay, if you're looking to troubleshoot with us, open up the developer FPS overlay in the worst performing area and post some screenshots of it please. This will indicate what's reaching its limits and potentially causing the FPS drop if its a hardware related issue. Cheers.

I think this may then be an MSFS bug if you don't come to a solution for itr, might I suggest a reinstallation of the base game (not the package files), as that's the absolute setting I use to resolve this issue on my end. It sometimes has the sim needing a reload. Cheers.

You've tried the "Ground Aircraft Density" setting right? That should be at 0%.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you're having FPS troubles. This scenery has been quite heavily optimized with the latest methods and practices in MSFS, so we'd like to get to the bottom of why this is happening. Could you please post your computer's specifications and screenshots of your settings? It might also be worthwhile to attempt to load into the airport with no other third-party add-ons present in your Community folder just for testing purposes. Cheers.

SU5 has been detrimental for us - bugs left, right, and centre, causing crashes and postponing releases. The best we can offer is a recompile in SU5 as an update, but our project files are bugged up in SU5... so I think all developers will be in the deep end until Asobo sorts their issues out. Cheers.
