How can i see the actual number of up or down trim setting while i am setting it via the wheel? It just turns but there is no indication anywhere of what the actual current value is.

Hi. 

Please check the inner part of the wheel it shows 1 UP 1 DN and the green band is the takeoff range. The EFB will show you what value to set UP or DN on the weight and balance page.

May I ask please where exactly you are clicking to set or adjust trim because I can not find any clickable region in my plane? I have tried all over it?

You should just be able to drag the wheel, no? Otherwise you can also use the options to bind a button for trim

It should also be noted that the wheel should not spin without G and Y hydraulics pressurized and the pitch trim levers engaged.
