May I ask please where exactly you are clicking to set or adjust trim because I can not find any clickable region in my plane? I have tried all over it?

Just bought the A340-600 here yesterday and am wondering if there is any actual support for this plane at all here as I can't seem to get any? Please don't tell me that we get directed to X-Plane.org as I have had absolutely awful experiences there.. I sent a message about support to Inibuilds here who sold me the plane 11 hours ago and had zero response. So now I'm, back here again scraping around for help again.. Where is the support for products bought here or are these just vendors and once you've spent your money your on your own?

There is an option in the interface to choose the location of your X-Plane folder.. just point it to that and that part should 'in theory' work. I got that far but iniManager just won't let me download the plane I bought. Nearly 2 hours been trying and getting absolutely nowhere..Also not very inspiring is I'm noticing in this support forum any time anybody has an issue the admin just closes and locks the thread. Almost as though they don't want people to communicate. 🙄
